Great place to get away

The house was very nice and had plenty of room. The location is very convenient to the beaches. I would definitely recommend staying here. We'll go back again!

Great fishing getaway

Just what we needed for 5 guys on a fishing trip. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed the welcome beverage!

Wonderful experience

We prefer to stay on the ocean, but this place was perfect if you are not in need of breaking waves out your window. Owners were great to deal with..

Our family vacation

We decided to travel to the outer banks for our family vacation this year. None of us had been there before. This house worked perfect for us and is centrally located! We had a great time.

Everything we needed was there at the house which was very spacious . Annette was always in touch with anything we would need and the Grandkids had a great time.

Great Spot

The house is located just over a block from the beach but can use bicycles or golf cart to get to the beach very quickly. The neighborhood is very quiet & people were friendly. The host was very prompt with any issues we had & looked at getting them fixed. The house made us feel just like home away from home & it was a beautiful house. I would definitely stay there again.

OBX Thanksgiving/Friendsgiving

A perfect beach get away for family and friends. Nice walking trails along the Sound. Lots of things to do on the Island. Property managers were helpful with helping to fix WiFi the night of our arrival.

Awesome family vacation

The home was perfect and had space for all ages, including our pets. It was in a great location and close to everything. They had everything we needed for time at the beach. The hosts were great and very responsive. Thank you!

Besides the neighbor who kept complaining about the house lights being on it was great! Close to the beach, food and more! Big house with plenty of room to sleep. The outdoor shower sure came in handy too.

Very clean place. 15 minute walk to beach. Brand new decks. Adequate kitchen to prepare meals. Gas grill worked well.

Awesome stay!

Everything was as advertised. Had a great time. We rode the bikes down to the sound and it was beautiful. The view of the ocean was very nice! We arrived early and the property manager let me know as soon as the property was clean so we could get in a little early. I would absolutely stay here again if we make it back to the area.

First Time.OBX'ers

We stayed at Annette's property in June and would highly recommend. The house was clean, spacious and full of great amenities (beach gear, bikes, outdoor shower, etc)! Annette was very attentive and responsive to our communication and even let us reserve an extra night at our last minute request. We walked to mini golf one night and the beach was a 5 min drive away, which didnt bother us at all. We did tons of exploring and really enjoyed the centralized location. Thanks for a great stay! We would love to visit again!
