ALL new furnishing, bedding, fixtures & smart TVs in EVERY ROOMS complete with wifi and cable! FULL deck across the back to enjoy the sound of the waves crashing! There is just one home between you and the ocean. AND BEST OF ALL....Complete outside living space with lighting, seating area, charcoal picnic style grill, outdoor shower, Bluetooth speakers & bar... gated-in perfect for children or pets! Parking for 4 vehicles.

This speech cottage has been totally updated very nicely. It has everything you need. It’s a great location and super easy to take a few steps to the beach. The host was really responsive and great.

This is what you see when you walk in the front door. It’s a enclosed front porch with plenty of space for storage.

We love Close Enough! It’s the perfect size and location for our family! Everything you need is close by (much within walking distance) and the property is updated, yet has a touch of rustic beach feel. We enjoyed our stay for the fifth year in a row!

Beautiful beach house! Love the underneath area. This was a perfect area to let our dog off the leash and hang out with us and still be outdoors!! Will miss the short walk to the beach and waking up to the sound and smell of the ocean!! Would definitely book this home again!! Thank you for hosting such a wonderful week!!

Well appointed little house

Great location and had everything you might need for a beach vacation. Well supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, stuff for the kids, and washer/dryer set up. Host responded quickly to questions and check out process was fairly straight forward.

Great location. Updated interior. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. They offer beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella. We brought our own but its nice that these items are available for use. Washer & dryer on site so you dont have to bring home a bunch of dirty clothes.

Exceptionally well supplied. Even beach towels. Bedrooms were small but comfortable. Beds were wonderful. Property manager was exceptional. Only issue is no kitchen table. Eight people would have trouble eating together.

Great stay

We enjoyed the ‘Close Enough’ vacation rental. We came as a family and had lots of fun in the Outer Banks area. The house was clean and relatively close to the beach access. The decor and amenities were spot on. We were pleasantly surprised to see lots of extras to be used at the beach and around the house. It was a great stay!

Perfect shore getaway

Traveled with my husband, two kids in their 20's & our dog. Loved being able to bring our dog along! House was clean & as described. I appreciated there were plenty of towels, beach towels as well as beach umbrella, chairs & even boogie board for the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. Close to lots of restaurants & stores.

name... Close Enough!

She's located centrally so that means close to all the best shopping and restaurants so you never have to go very far. And she's small but has all the perfect conveniences because we've put everything in place so we too enjoy can her as much as possible!
