Wonderful home and host! We had family coming into town for the holiday weekend so we booked this home to accommodate them. We were very pleased with the home. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Host was very accommodating and there was excellent communication. Everyone had an amazing time!

Great For A Family

Perfect location, small 5 minute drive to the beach and tons of parking if you get there early. House has a great layout and tons of room if you have a growing family like we do. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when vacationing in OBX

Wonderful beach house

We really enjoyed our stay, this house has everything and then some!! The location is great, the neighborhood was so quiet it was like being in the country. I would highly recommend it to anyone, and we would definitely stay again!

Great house in a great location

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and well equipped. There was plenty to do at the house and it was only a short drive to the ocean. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Beach Stay

Great house with lots of kitchen items and toys/games for kids. Always very clean and convenient to the beach and other activities. A great time had by all!

A great house for families

Love staying here with our family of 4! The house is clean and fully stocked. The space is perfect for families and the location is very convenient to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and a nice playground. Thanks for another great stay!

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home in a convenient location. There are many shops and restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed our week spent here and Matt, the owner, was very helpful.

Great Experience

Perfect location, quiet and with easy access to the beach by car. The house was a perfect fit for our family vacation. We would certainly come back!

Great stay!

My husband and I have stayed at Matt’s place a few times and it’s always a very relaxing place to stay. There is a comfy king-sized bed, cable TV, well-supplied kitchen and of course we love the bikes and ping pong. Oh, and it also has beach chairs and umbrella. We recommend staying here!

Great location. Fantastic house

This house is amazing. Awesome layout. The kids can be on the first floor while the parents have a great bedroom upstairs. Everything you need is nearby. The owners are great to deal with as well.

Lovely House

The pictures do not do the property justice. Beautiful home. Wonderful for a small family. Convenient location to everything. I would book this house again for future vacations.

Super clean. Super easy.

My family and I love this place. It was spotless upon arrival. The location of it is awesome. Nice neighborhood close to everything you need. The house is perfectly located as a launching point for all of your OBX adventures. The owner is great to deal with as well.

Another great stay!

Another great stay in kill devil hills. This was our second time to the house and certainly does not disappoint. The house has everything that you would need. Very short drive to any of the beach access parking lots. Close to everything but also in a very quiet neighborhood. We will be back again soon!
