Looking for the perfect lake retreat? This lakefront beauty has everything your group could want or need! Lake views from all 4 bedrooms, kitchen, and dining room. Large deck with seating for 10 to provide the best view for dinner or just morning coffee. Fully equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Tile floors on entire main floor with carpet upstairs. Brand new smart TV in living room.

SLEEPING:
Bedroom 1: King bed on main floor with en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen Bed on second floor with hall bathroom Bedroom 3: Queen Bed on second floor with hall bathroom Bedroom 4: King Bed and two Twins on second floor with en-suite bathroom
Extra: Full bamboo fold out mattress can be used in any room. Extra sheets and blankets provided.

EATING: Fully equipped kitchen with plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils. Keurig coffee machine for individual cups or coffee pot for a large group. Toaster oven. Grill utensils for small propane grill on porch. Propane tank already connected to grill.

PLAYING: Four paddleboards to enjoy (2 adult size, 2 kid size). One kayak to enjoy. Several floats and pool noodles. A few life jackets are on site but we always suggest bringing your own for perfect size and comfort.
Arts and crafts bin for kiddos stocked with coloring books and crayons. Porch swings under deck.

BOATING: If you have a PWC (personal watercraft, like a Wave Runner or Jet Ski), we have installed a landing pad joining the pier where it can be safely parked when not in use. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat which can be parked safely on the side of the pier or on the boat lift. Boat lift is built to accommodate a small ski boat or fishing boat. It will NOT accommodate a large wakeboard boat or pontoon. Wildlife access located just down the street to launch your boat.

Peaceful Lake House

Thanksgiving

This is our second year my husband and I have stayed with our family for Thanksgiving. The children love fishing there. Plenty of room for everyone, the beds are comfortable and house is clean. Older kids enjoyed the Paddle boards. Neighborhood very quiet. Fun time for everyone.

Great Lakehouse Vacation

Family from Michigan came and stayed with us. We boated, sailed and ate! Beautiful and comfortable home. We've stayed here before and came back, I think that tells you everything.

Sun..Fun..fishing..boating..food..laughter..always fun on the water!!

Our family of 11 enjoyed the 4th of July week on Badin Lake in this home..our 5 grandsons (ages 9-12) love the water and the pier was perfect for playing..sitting out..fishing..swimming..(we brought pop-ups for shade on the dock) the house was perfect for our crowd ! We also enjoyed the neighbors (thanks Whitney)who filled us in on the happenings on the lake!

Get Away for R&R

We were looking for a large, quiet, and roomy holiday home for a group of 4 friends who are healthcare workers. We wanted to land somewhere and just chill and rest a few days. This was the perfect place as we each wanted our on room and private space. It had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Annual Fishing Trip

Great Lake Home

This is a great property in a good neighborhood. There was plenty of common space and two bedrooms were master suites. The outdoor spaces including the dock and deck were just what we were looking for. The storage cabinets and storage were all labeled and there were helpful notes and information through out the property.

Family Thanksgiving

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Grandkids enjoyed the paddleboards, kayaking and fishing. Great communication with owner. Looking forward to returning.

Wedding/Reunion

We were in town for my sons wedding. My husbands siblings all 6 along with additional family members spent the weekend at this house. The house is very spacious for 12 people. The driveway/garage can easily accommodate 5-6 vehicles. The house is equipped with everything you would need. It’s in close proximity of a Dollar General, a General Store, and gas station.

Wonderful Lakehouse

Family came from Michigan and Florida. We had the home for 9 days and loved it. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there already. We brought a ski boat and hooked it to the dock when not out on the lake. This home was everything we hoped for!

Wonderful lake rental

Fun Stay at the Lake

2023 family vacation

this house was very pretty with spacious rooms that were nicely decorated. It fit our family's needs perfectly. We had three children ages eight and under. The "children's basket" was enjoyed immensely by them. They barely touched the toys they brought. The play area in the water could not have been better. The steps from the house to the water were rough on us older folks the first couple days but we got used to them and appreciated the exercise. There was ample parking for all our cars. We will definitely consider renting this property in the future.

Awesome Stay

I can't say enough about how perfect Jenna's place was for a reunion with friends from various parts of the country. Everyone reported their rooms, bathrooms, and their beds very comfortable. We spent two full days playing off the private dock in the gloriously warm lake and another day renting a pontoon biat on Lake Tillery. We cooked at "home" and aye out. A lot of laughter and special memories made among old friends. Thank you Jenna for being a great host.

Long weekend

Long weekend before the holiday with friends, unfortunately we couldn’t stay over the 4th but absolutely a great weekend. Great location and owners were super nice. No issues with check in process and easy check out requirements. We dropped the boat in a kitty before check in time and owners let us park truck and trailer at house before check in which was great. Beds super comfy too!

Absolutely Wonderful

We cannot express our apprecitation enough for the wonderful experience we had at 378 Shoreline Drive, New London, NC. The home was perfect for us. The outisde back porch and the dock was perfect. The kitchen area provided all we needed. The home was clean and use of the lake toys, chairs and boat lift were beyond our expectations. Great location, clean water to swim in!!!!!!!

Wonderful experience

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. This is a beautiful home in a great location. The owners are very generous in leaving access to several items in the boathouse. (We didn’t find a kayak as mentioned in the description.) The younger children (ages 4-7) in our family really enjoyed the swimming area around the dock/boathouse. A suggestion: we needed washcloths in each bathroom and towel racks would be very helpful! Also, kitchen towels would be nice. We didn’t quite understand leaving white washcloths in a kitchen area! Again, a VERY nice home and we had a fantastic stay.

Family Trip

Annual Fishing Trip

Actual Stay and comfort of inside of home was great, very clean and quiet. Outside sitting areas ,garage and some other areas need excessive attention. Spiders and webs everywhere could use some TLC definitely outside..
