Family-friendly quiet area 15 Minutes from Downtown Wilmington with access to all that our incredible city has to offer... Dining, shopping, and entertainment. 18 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, 12 minutes to Carolina Beach, and 20 minutes to the ILM Airport.

Large, fully fenced-in, backyard. Outdoor seating, outdoor games, Full Kitchen, spacious area, and Fun Frenchie-themed Rooms!

Pups are allowed by request only and with a $100 pet fee.

The location had a lot of repairs needed. The master shower drain pipe was coming through and dangerous. The couch in the floor in one bedroom was stained. The bathroom toilet paper holder was broken off.The wall and paper towel is stuffed in the holes. There'svarious other small repairs. I would have been very patient with this, but the host quick community.After offering a hundred dollars, they wouldn't even communicate to vrbo. V r b o did make it right outside of the host

Weekend trip

This property was perfect for a quick weekend trip with my family and friends. Location was great for the beach and downtown Wilmington. House was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent Property

Came in town to visit family for the weekend and The Frenchie was an excellent choice! The place is very clean, has 4 bed rooms with large beds, a great seating area for gathering and a HUGE backyard (which was great for our pup, pet friendly rental)! Highly recommend The Frenchie!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The moment you walk in and feel the central air after a long drive, it feels perfect. House was clean and each room decorated so cute. Mattresses and bedding were clean and comfortable. There were clean towels, hand towels and wash cloths in each bathroom. The house had plenty of paper towels and toilet paper and hand soap. Kitchen was stocked with basics and inside the fridge had basic condiments which was nice. Fridge had an ice maker and also had ice cube trays available. It was also pet friendly, fenced in and our dog Stallone, loved it as well and even made friends with the neighbor dogs and looked for them daily. As for shopping, restaurants and beaches …. There were plentiful grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Kure beach, Carolina beach were 15 mins away. Wrightsville beach was between 23 and 25 mins away. The ad said Wrightsville beach was 15 mins away, which was also the reason we rented this place, but it was a little further, but not much. It still would not deter us from staying here again. It was comfortable and clean. We loved the palm trees in the front yard.

Cute and Clean

Dont judge a book by its cover. This frenchie themed, 4 bedroom, open floor plan home is perfect for a family of all ages. Close to restaurants and shops, but most importantly, the beach! Definitely stay at The Frenchie House NC!

Stunningly Perfect

Awesome and easy to deal with. Home was in amazing shape. Cleanliness of this home was TIP TOP! My friends and I have now found a new “home” for when we come down twice a year to fish. If you haven’t stayed here, YOU are missing out on an absolutely amazing home!

In the listing it said there was a grill but when I got there it was completely rusted out and unusable hidden in the corner of the yard by a shed. I had already purchased the food to put on the grill. So I was trying to make grill food for 5 of us on several tiny skillets which was not only stressful but also set of the smoke alarms and caused a lot of mess that I then had to clean up. Would not have been a big deal if they just didn’t have a grill listed and I would have just ordered a pizza or something. There was also trash in the backyard that I ended up picking up just so I wouldn’t get blamed for it. Overall the inside of the house was okay I guess. Mystery liquids in the guest shower in dispensers. Who knows what they were. The shower was like 90% functional with half the water coming out of the tub and the other half coming out of the shower head. But overall it was fine. We didn’t have any pets but apparently it was pet friendly and I know there’s not many options for people with pets so it would work.

The property was clean and had some nice features. However, the couch appeared nasty, or very stained. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom had been ripped off the wall, and a couple other places in the home were in need of repair. We did enjoy our stay though.
