We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the area while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we really enjoyed our time here.The only small suggestion would be to provide a bit more body wash and shampoo for guests staying multiple nights. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, open, spacious home! Walking distance to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds, big sofa and TV. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a wagon, two chairs, and beach towels. Highly recommend!

Great location

We loved the location and the house was great! Loved that we could pull the car in the garage. House had everything we could ask for! Would highly recommend this place.

Quiet place close to the beach

Provided an excellent meet up for 2 families. Perfect place for a getaway. Short walk to the beach. Safe & quiet neighborhood. Not far from the pier and all restaurants.

Work out perfectly. We had family from the area come for dinner one evening and there was plenty of room for that. We had a great stay.

Quiet weekend getaway

The house was very lovely and about 4 blocks to direct beach access. The area of the beach was not crowded at all and we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you Andrew and Melody!

Beach house

The property was clean and maintained well. It had every amenity that you could think of as a home away from home. The friendly hosts/property management answered any questions we had within minutes. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was incredible and in a great location. The only thing I wish we would have known was that the backyard is only accessible through the downstairs bedroom.

Beautiful place - will stay again

This is a wonderful property in a great location. It is a quieter area of Jacksonville which we enjoyed. Close to restaurants and just a few minute walk to the beach. The home is stocked with everything that we needed and was very comfortable for our group. We enjoyed having plenty of space to be comfortable and each room has a private bathroom. Well appointed and very clean. We will stay here again.

Fun Ladies Weekend

Great place to stay. Our host was accommodating to any questions that we had about the property. They even offered extra items for our use during the stay. Just too many stairs, wish that there was a water view.

Great location

Great location. Well maintained and well stocked kitchen. Beds very comfortable. Wish there was more seating in family room. House slept 6-8 but only had seating for four in family room. We would stay again.

Perfect for a Beach Getaway

Great location just a short walk to the beach. Very nice house in a very nice neighborhood, with nice amenities that add to the comfort in the home. Perfect layout for three couples; each of the three bedrooms with its own private bath, and comfortable living space and kitchen. The hosts, Andrew and Melody, were very helpful prior to check-in and during our stay. We highly recommend selection of this property for your next stay in JAX Beach area.

Quiet Beach Neighborhood

The location is great. Quiet Neighborhood a few small blocks from the beach. 1 mile from Publix and Target. Excellent AC and hot water. Three floors, so lots of stairs, but that’s typical for JAX Beach. Parking for three cars. Great value.

Great Property

Excellent location. Just a quick walk to the beach. The house was clean, felt brand new, and spacious for the four of us. It’s was a nice surprise to see a cart, chairs, and toys for the beach for us to use. Neighbors were good, very quiet at night. Plan to rebook this property in the future!
