They were very communicative and the house was well stocked! Even though it was not on the beach, it was a quick and simple walk a block away!

Beautiful Property, Convenient to the Beach

The place is great, very comfortable. Coffee maker is great. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were luxurious. I would definitely come back to this property.

Great beach vacation

Short walk to beach. House filled with light. Great accommodation for work from home. Equipped with everything a family needs. Sure hope to do it again.

Girls trip

We had a great time as a group of 8 women who met at college 44 years ago!! Plenty of room to hang out and walkable to shops and restaurants. Wonderful time at a beautiful place.

Jacksonville is chill!!!

What a wonder surprise!!! Jacksonville blew me away. The food, the beach, the music and the vibe. This place is in the heartbeat of it all. We loved it!!!

Super Stay

The house was very nice and exactly as presented online. The week was exceptionally hot so the AC was working well and we so appreciated that. The location to the beach was great and we walked to the amphitheater for music and fireworks. The house was well stocked too with soap, papertowels, TP, blenders, toasters and utensils. Thank you for that. We loved the place.

Relax @ Jax Beach

The property was very relaxing with plenty of modern amenities to host eight people comfortably. The common area on the second level is supportive of relaxing around an open living area and kitchen. The two bathrooms and one powder room were adequate for all members. The first level outdoor space was relaxing with the majority of the shade occurring in the morning areas. The surrounding area was calm and peaceful - the beach is a short walk via public access to the east. Overall this was a great experience and if in the area again I would not hesitate to book again.

Everything we wanted!

Our daughter lives in Jax so we like to spend a few weeks with her but not in her space. The house was perfect for us and when our son and his family came to visit for a few days we had lots of space. Being a block from the beach was fantastic! We rented bikes and enjoyed riding down 1st Avenue to the restaurants close by. We will definitely rent this place again in the future should it be available 😎 Shout out to River from the bike rental place recommended in the house manual. Great guy!! Thank you Coco for making our stay like a home away from home! Suzanne

Spacious, Well Stocked, and Family Focused Gem!

We LOVED our stay at this beautiful place! The room and house layout is super spacious and spread out. The home is beautifully curated with lovely decor and a fully stocked kitchen. The owners provided plenty of extra towels, and blankets as needed. Additional bonus is that the owners even provided beach chairs AND beach towels. Wow! While it's a small gesture, it was wonderful for us to not have to pack up all the beach stuff to take with us. We had rain the first two days during out visit, but the house is so spacious that we could spread out and not feel on top of each other, which we greatly appreciated. Located 3 blocks from the beach to a super easy public beach access. And a 5 min drive to downtown where all the restaurants are located. Many grocery stores, drug stores, and beach stores nearby. The hosts were extremely warm and helpful with any questions that we had. We would easily stay here again for a repeat trip to Jax Beach. Thank you for a wonderful week away!

Great stay! Our favorite so far in Jacksonville. Everything was included. It wss beautiful and in a great location. We want to stay there again! Communication was excellent.
