We had an excellent stay! The house is comfortable and an excellent location, being a block to the beach and walkable to coffee shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect house for families. I especially appreciated the nursery right off the primary bedroom. Large, clean and close to the beach!

Excellent! Highly Recommend! Cannot say enough good things about this house, location and the host. We travel to Jax multiple times a year and the experience at this property was by far the best we've ever had. Wonderful, clean house, plenty of room for our group to enjoy each other, but also able to spread out and have our own space. The hosts were so responsive to every question we had and made the stay so stress free. The location cannot be beat - close to the beach and easy access to all the great restaurants. Appreciated the use of the bikes and the elevator was a big hit (was very helpful in getting all our heavy luggage and groceries up to the appropriate floors). Definitely plan to return on our next trip to Jax!

Had a great stay in Jax Beach with our team. The beds were super comfortable, and having thermostats on each floor was a really nice touch. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed.The porches were great for relaxing, though there were some large wasp nests on both—probably expected this time of year. It’s also just a short walk to the beach with easy access, which made the location even better. Plenty of great food spots nearby as well.The only minor issue was the microwave—it appeared to be locked with a passcode, and we couldn’t figure out how to use it. Other than that, everything in the house worked perfectly.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.

2023 Gator Bowl

Great location near the Seawalk Pavilion for the Pep rally and 1 block from the beach. It was too cold and rainy to go to the beach but only 30 minutes from the Evermark stadium for the game. The house is 3 stories and an elevator which was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of space for the 4 couples staying together for the game.

Family weekend

We loved everything about this house,i.e. layout, Location. Decor, cleanliness, beds and linen where awesome. They had all we needed, detergent, trash bags, soap, shampoo...thought of everything ! The elevator was useful for older parents. They were even accommodating and let us in the house early. The only suggestion i have is have at least 2 TVs. So when you have people that don't want to watch sports or if 1 isn't picking up internet due to a bad router, you have another option. But otherwise perfect place to stay!!

Just the facts

Pros: elevator, short walk to beach, cleaniness.Cons: air cond. Not working first 2 days on 2 floors. All furniture seating worn/uncomfortable. Outside fans/lights not working on 2nd floor balcony. Clothes dryer vent on third floor laundry is vented to exhaust hot air/lint into room @ face level, instead of outside,---??? No view of ocean, is blocked by other properties & trees.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay with family for a winter weekend in Jacksonville. The house was exactly as pictured and it was perfect for us. The elevator was ideal as we had our elderly parents with us too. The internet was down the entire time and Andrew was responsive and had the the cable company come out to repair it but they came the morning we were checking out and informed us the cable line was damaged and had to be replaced. We used our hotspot to stream movies but it was impossible for the kids to get online to do any school assignments. It was the coldest weekend so far this year in the high 20’s and low 30’s. We didn’t find any extra blankets or bedding anywhere in the house for the beds or the couch to cozy up. My suggestions- I would recommend stocking extra blankets for the beds and couch and extra bedding. Also, checking to make sure the internet and cable work before your renters arrive.
