The space
Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private studio home features an open floor plan with full kitchen, dining area, dedicated work space, and living room with Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedroom is comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Spacious living room includes a laundry area, private entrance, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. The place was neat, cozy, and safe for a woman traveling alone. Communication with the host was great, and I didn't have trouble figuring out how the appliances worked.

Again an excellent stay

Well, it’s our second time in this property and it was a wonderful stay, very convenient location for our needs , close to major highways and nice neighborhood. As usual, Plushy was very kind For sure we will stay again in our next visit !!

The property was clean and mostly as advertised. There was a problem with the TV and apps, but plushy helped us when we contacted them. The smart door lock kept opening itself when we were away from the home. This happened four or five times, and each time plushy host sent someone to reprogram it. Other than that, it was a beautiful neighborhood and a pleasant stay.

Every stay can have a bump or two, so we are glad this one still came together in the end. We know the lock issue was unsettling, especially while you were out, and we were glad to be able to respond each time. It is nice to hear the neighborhood and overall experience still left a good impression.

The washing machine is foul/rotton smelling. We were nauseous from the odor. We could not stay there and left after 3 nights. The washer is past "cleaning tabs" will help... Each guest just keeps the front loader closed to ward off the odor only compounding the problem. Stayed here last year, was fine to stay again, it was constant communication with host from the moment we walked in... hoping they would of remedied it the first day. But, we had to leave. Otherwise nice place, if they can get rid of the current washing machine.

We’re sorry this return stay did not feel like the smooth experience you remembered. As soon as the odor was brought to our attention, our team rolled up our sleeves, stayed in touch, and arranged for a technician to inspect the washer. The appliance itself was found to be in good working order. With front-load machines, moisture can linger when the door stays fully closed between cycles, and over time that trapped dampness can create a strong smell. Sometimes the smallest detail, like letting the washer air out after use, makes all the difference. We truly wish this had not become the part of the trip that stood out most. We appreciate you speaking up and giving us the chance to take a closer look.

Clean comfortable space

I was in Ventura for work this nice studio worked perfectly. All the appliances I need it was as comfortable as being at home. The property managers were always happy to help.

Value wasn't there for the price paid

My girlfriend and I was looking to stay a short while during our time in Ventura and all that was expected was a clean place with basic necessities like paper towel. However, upon arrival, we found a few things wrong with the place namely: 1. Unknown sticky substance around cabinet knobs 2. No paper towels 3. Smelly washer with a dirty hand towel inside 4. Unknown dirty mark on bedsheet 5. Easily clogged bath tub 6. Easily clogged toilet 7. Some power outlets not working 8. Dirty marks on carpet While my girlfriend and I aren't one to complain since we only want a nice clean place, rather than a bunch of services given, the fact that we had to pay for a cleaning fee is upsetti g as we had to take out the trash on top of the above. Now disclaimer, the host did offer to send a cleaning person in had we given them advanced notice, but we were only staying for a few days, didn't want our privacy intruded upon, and didn't feel comfortable letting strangers inside. We also had a filled day so only wanted to rest. We only ask that the place was clean and bed comfortable with a shot shower, but unfortunately we did not receive that.

Nice Studio and Very Kind Host

We stayed for 4 weeks, place was clean and with a nice decoration. Very good location close to Highway . Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The host was very kind and ready to answer our questions For sure we will stay again there!
