The Oasis is located in the heart of Eufaula where you are just steps away from the lake, restaurants, a convenience store, a liquor store, and family fun. The Oasis is a two bedroom townhouse that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a Cal. King bed and has a balcony that overlooks the cove. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full over two twins. The Oasis has a stacked front load washer & dryer.Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
1. No Smoking of Any Kind Inside: A $200 fine for violating this rule may be charge to guests.
2. No more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time. Violating this clause could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Guests will be notified if a noise complaint has been made. If noise continues, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
4. Put things back where you found them.
5. Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or broken items.

A True Oasis!

Loved this property nestled along the shore within minutes of downtown and walking distance to the shore, restaurants and water activities. Highly recommend!

Great little getaway

Location had a cute little tiki-type theme and all the amenities you'd want. Bed setup was really great with having family members and a 6 year old. The only thing that was a tad confusing was the parking. That could have been my fault (perhaps missed the instructions/directions somewhere) but we were confused as to where we were actually supposed to park haha. Otherwise,, great stay!

Christmas at eufaula

Enjoyed tremendously. Only two suggestions. Finish cement on each end of sidewalk. Also mats at each entrance. It was raining makes flours very slick.

Great Property and Location

The host Richard was exceptionally responsive. There were zero issues. Check in and out process was super easy and quick. The location was perfect. The unit is in good repair. I would stay again and recommend.

Great place for the money

Super clean! Very convenient to everything Eufaula has to offer. Very comfy place to stay in lieu of a hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Women's getaway

It was perfect for our stay. Centrally located in Eufaula. Easy access to the conference we we're attending. The owners were very easy to get ahold of, and quickly took care of any issue we had. Thumbs up!

So clean and the beds/couches were so comfortable! Richard is a great host. I have stayed in tons of rentals and this one blew the others away.

Enjoyable Brief Stay

My husband and I are seniors. While this was more of a family unit and we would do better with a one story, I picked it for the location. It had everything and more. We liked having 2 restrooms, a view of the lake, a nice dinner at Captain John’s, and close to shops in town. We would book it again or recommend to our children and grads.

Really, Really Nice!

We loved the townhouse! Nicer than my apartment back home. Right on Lake Eufaula, with a boat ramp, restaurant, general store and liquor store within a 30 second walk. For the best price we could find on Eufaula.

Great Pit Stop

We just stayed here for a quick night stay while passing through. Check in and check out was painless and the house was exactly what we needed. Great setup for the kids with the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. The lake across the street to go feed ducks etc was a nice bonus Would definitely stay here again over the hotels in the vicinity.

Our family has lived in the Checotah/Eufaula area for over 20 years. We have enjoyed all that the area has to offer such as fishing, boating, shopping, and enjoying the local restaurants. We enjoy traveling and know the importance of having a clean and relaxing place to stay when away from home.
