Apparently, the owner of the condo uses a management company to manage the rental. The management company representative was very difficult to understand in person and it was a difficult check-in process.Everything else about the condo was fine

Great location

Very nice condo, and great location. Very easy to walk to nice beaches and snorkel. Easy to walk to restaurants.

Great place to stay

Location for us was the best! Right across the beach was a daily welcome, saw turtles swimming by. Great body surfing! Ground at our place were immaculate and beautiful, convenient location and just perfect for us.

Nice ground floor unit

Great beach location with everything you need. This unit has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Awesome communication with the owner. We would stay here again!!

Better then advertised.

Condo was very clean, updated and very well decorated. Loved the ground floor and so close to the beach access. I have stayed at more than 6 different units in this same complex and this was my favorite, enough so to write my first review.

Amazing Location

Kamaole Sands is an amazing place to stay. So close to a great beach and easy access to shopping. This condo was in a great location and we loved having a ground floor unit so we could come and go off our lanai. The unit was clean and had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys. Everything worked well and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Property is well maintained, pool is nice, there was a bonus toddler wading pool, game area. Beautiful grounds with wild chickens. The unit was clean and stocked well. Being a bottom floor kept things cool.

Great Maui getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The location - a short walk to the pool and just across the street from the beach - was excellent. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the sun rise in the morning over Haleakala, and it was only a few steps from the ground level patio to a view of the sunset. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped and would be well-suited to a short stay or a weeks-long escape. My only critique was that the floors and shower could have been cleaner when we checked in but this minor thing did not detract from our stay.

Great

Perfect! Furnishings were superb. Kitchen was well stocked with quakity appliances, dishes & pots & pans. Everything was in working order and there were plenty of beach accessories. We woukd rent your unit again.

Close to the beach and ten minute walking distance to bakeries, stores and diners/bars.

I'd suggest the next upgrades be smart TVs and a quieter AC unit in the bedroom, but overall this unit was great and had everything we needed!

THE Best Location on Maui

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in the perfect location! Literal steps from Kam III and a very short drive to Wailea & Mākena Beach. Kihei has your quintessential Hawaii vibe with lots of shops & restaurants. Everything is walking distance from the condo or a very quick drive. This condo was recently updated and had everything we needed for a week at the beach (would recommend they provide a wagon, but it’s not necessary). Clean, equipped, two FULL bathrooms!
