This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. The resort is across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches (Kamaole Beach 3) which is great for swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour help desk, internet access, and an Activities Desk for your use. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can enjoy live music and Hula by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great spot for our family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Kamaole Sands for 7 days with my wife and 2 year old. It is in a great location close to the beach and a short walk to local stores and some places to eat. We really enjoyed the pool area with our 2 year old. The condo had everything we needed, even the kitchen as we bought groceries and cooked most of our meals. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Location!

We enjoyed this property very much. It was perfect for our small family of three. Short walk to Kameole 3 and the pool was right around the corner. Everything was clean and the property owner was very responsive.

Wonderful

The unit was very clean and well stocked. The complex was centrally located for this area of Maui. The bbq areas are very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Adorable little condo tucked away in a cute courtyard. Stocked with everything you'll need to cook and be comfortable. There is a great little wagon that came in handy since there was parking lot construction and you couldn't park near the condo entrance. PMI managers were very helpful.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist ein spontaner Late Check-out, der uns aufgrund unserer kranken Tochter gewährt wurde. Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

A trip of a lifetime

Condo had everything you could possibly need- from the kitchen, immaculately clean, backyard lenai’s were both lovely to sit on during morning hours with coffee and hearing the birds chirping. Bed was comfortable and had extra blankets/pillows if needed. We LOVED staying in Kihei-Right on the edge of the nicer Wailea, but with family friendly, local restaurants feel. Beach across from the condos were great for snorkeling! Hot tub/pool was a nice treat to enjoy after the long day, and it was nice to do a mid trip laundry load. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!
