Spectacular ocean front views! You can't get any closer to the beach than this classic ocean front Cannon Beach home. Absolutely the best location in Cannon Beach. Enjoy the rustic charm of this classic home located on the beach in mid town just steps to many of the great Cannon Beach restaurants, shops, and pubs. Short walk to Haystack Rock and downtown Cannon Beach. Original Knotty Pine and Cedar throughout the home. Recent upgrades include refinished hardwood and new tile flooring, new Pottery Barn furniture, new kitchen and bathroom quartz counter tops, new stainless steel appliances with double oven, new windows, new heaters and electrical, and new siding. Generous space with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Ocean front and beach front views from most of the rooms in the house. Enjoy storm watching and sunny days while sitting in front of a crackling fire in the river rock fireplace or in the ocean front sun room. Well equipped kitchen with all the amenities you will need. Huge patio overlooking the beach and ocean for enjoying the spectacular views, relaxing in the sun, barbecues , or people watching. Please note that the master bathroom has a bathtub only with a shower wand for rinsing off and does not have a full stand up shower. It's a little rough around the edges but you won't find a more charming, comfortable, and spacious family home anywhere in Cannon Beach. Facility is a little tired, but very comfortable. Location hard to beat. Beach access, view - excellent!, Varied separate rooms worked perfectly for our large family

Beautiful Romantic stay. House is more likely booked by families , but we wanted to have direct beach access and views. Enjoyed the fireplace and easy walk to town.

Great place for large family gathering

Plenty of room for a big group. Wisconsin relatives awed by the superb views. As close to the bea.ch as you can get. Beautiful kitchen very well stocked.

Sleeping at heaven

It is perfectly located. My dad is 88 and walking on the beach is no longer an option for him, but to be able to sit in the sunroom that overlooks the beach was perfect for him. It's a warm and cozy home with plenty of space for a large family. The kitchen was well stocked; just bring your food.Would be a great location if you had littles as well. The access to the beach being straight out the door

Location and view is fantastic … does need quite of bit of updating if even just little things like new small throw rugs for bathrooms and fireplace and an overall deep cleaning. Layout is a bit funky but creates enough separation of rooms and bathrooms for multiple families to share.

Cannon Beach Getaway— 11/23

Great family venue— especially for younger children’s access to beach and sandy front yard. Older home, with well-kept home with cozy touches. Views of ocean are wonderful from dining room, master bedroom and a sitting area. We walked to Pelican Brewery and Wayfarer Restaurant for really good food.

Beautiful spot....that's about all I can say.

Beachfront property! Too bad that the windows were so filthy that you couldn't see out...really. The place was very dirty. The place was very large and cut up into many spaces with light switches that were turning on lights in odd places. Too bad..it has alot of potential.

Fantastic Property in an Amazing Location

The views were worth the money. The property manager quickly responded when we had a broken garbage disposal. Recommend this property, if you want a location right on the beach and is within walking distance to all of Cannon Beach.

Great house in unbeatable location

You can't get any closer to haystack rock from this home. Was great to sit and stare from the sunroom and back patio. The house is showing some age and the cleaning crew could do a better job (dust and dog fur on the floor in places, someone else's socks left). House is walkable to everything in CB

Amazing!

This house is huge and right on the beach, perfect in almost every way! The only thing we would change is more sofas in the family room, there aren't enough seats for family movie night, although the dining/game table makes up for that! We would definitely stay here again.

perfect 5 nights

For us there has been nothing better than being right on a beautiful beach. This home was perfectly equipped for us five 70 year olds in a spectacular setting. Could not have been better (unless you don't want anyone else on "your beach" :), but the people and dog watching is super. The activities in Canon Beach and the near by hiking and outrageously gorgeous landscapes are stunningly memorable.

Our family purchased this wonderful 1940's ocean front home from the original owner in the late 1960's and has now been passed down to the second generation. We purchased it because of of the spectacular location, the incredible views, the generous space needed for a large family, and the unique charm of the house. It is truly a real "Beach House" and not a "poseur" like many of the homes that are now built in Cannon Beach. It will soon be passed down to the the third generation and we hope that it will continue to remain in our family for many years to come.
