Newly Updated 5BR/2BA 2500Sqft Very Private Family Home, WiFi & Air Conditioned!

Beautifully Updated Family Brewster Vacation Rental Home. This 5BR/2BA home is nestled on a hill on nearly 3/4 acre in a private, quiet neighborhood. Located on Brewster/East Dennis line so best of both worlds, including nearby Sea Street Beach and Bound Brook Conservation Area. It has a Central A/C slimline unit on the main living area to keep everyone cool and all upstairs bedrooms have A/C units for personal comfort.

Enter through the front door to a large open kitchen with dining for 8-10. This home affords large families plenty of space to spread out- The new fully equipped kitchen has a long breakfast bar with 4 stools. To the left of the kitchen is an open Living/Dining area with Flat Screen TV. There is a door from the dining area to the backyard.

On the other side of the kitchen is a Family room with a ping pong table. There is a hallway that has a full bathroom (shower only) and Bedroom #1 with a Queen Bed.

Upstairs are four more bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds, Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed, and Bedroom #5 has 2 Twin Beds.

Outside is a large newly installed patio area with a built in fireplace, Dining Table with Umbrella, Gas grill and a two room outdoor shower.

Enjoy off Season Rates. Linens not provided. Cleaning fee for stays of less than one week.

Sea Street Beach is just 1.6 mile from the house
Sesuit public Boat Ramp and overlook is less then 2 miles from the house. Make sure to visit the Lost Dog Pub - just a short drive. Looking for great seafood chowder? Easy drive to The Marshside. Best Lobster roll on earth and yummy fried clams- BYOB to Sesuit Harbor Cafe- just a couple miles from the house
Dennis Pines Golf Course is nearby.
Kids will love the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History nearby.
There are several fresh water swimming options close by including Long Pond. Take a leisurely drive down Route 6A and visit the many antique shops and restaurants.

Rental in Brewster

The house was very spacious for 6 adults and 2 children. Very clean and a Well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. Location was great for our visit. Would definitely rent again.

Charming Brewster Stay

We had the best time during our stay in Brewster. The home was conveniently located near one of our favorite beaches, Mayflower Beach, and a short distance from Harwich's Ember Pizza and Chatham. The home was clean, lots of communal space and good-sized bedrooms with central air. We will be staying there again for sure!

Perfect spot for us!

Great size home for gathering with family and friends! Well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook at home and then the large tables were perfect for game nights! Loved the outdoor shower!

Amazing Stay!

The home was fabulous! Everything was clean and there were plenty of supplies to use in the kitchen. There was a lot of great gathering spaces in the home to accommodate our group! Would definitely come back!

Great house for a summer vacation in Cape Cod! Everything was as advertised. Ian responded right away with a few questions that we had. Nice location to access shopping, restaurants, beaches and more. We'd like to return next summer!

Great family home!

Wedding Vacation

Very comfortable for 10 people. Has all the amenities for preparing a lobster dinner. Also everything you need for a day at the beach. Loved the main living area that was large enough to accommodate all of us for games and relaxation. Centrally located for day trips which we took. Would highly recommend this property to rent.

Perfect weekend getaway spot!

Loved our stay! Stayed with a group of friends for a wedding weekend, tons of space to get ready and hang out. Loved that it was nestled away from main roads but easy and close to various things! Ian also reached out and provided all the necessary information! Would highly recommend!

Host was so attentive with question prior to vacation date and during the stay. I’ve stayed in many rental properties and he was the best host. House is tucked in a wooded neighborhood close to Dennis and Brewster ponds, lakes and the bay. Ideal spot and very child friendly

Great summer retreat

This home was a great gathering space for our family. The house's open plan on the first floor gave people plenty of space to spread out. The house was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped home in tranquil setting

Private location at the western edge of Brewster that is only a 5-10 minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape (Sea St. beach, in E. Dennis). Plenty of room for the family, with open floor plan. Hosts were responsive to the few questions we had.

Great house!

This house is great for a large group. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. It has a good sized, well equipped kitchen and the kids loved the ping pong table. When there was a problem with the upstairs shower shut off, Ian was helpful and made sure it was quickly fixed. We loved the outside shower and the location.

Love the Cape

Took my 96 year old motherinlaw for another spin around the Cape. She was born and raised in East Providence and summered in the Cape regularly. The house was perfect! Thanks again!

A Wonderful Brewster Week

House was spacious and well organized with comfortable beds for our family of 8. Host provided clear instructions . All of us enjoyed the fire pit and ping pong table. Close by to 6A and beaches, recommend a visit to the Crosby Mansion. This exceptionally clean home makes us want to return someday.

Family Gathering

Wonderful stay with my brothers, sister-in-laws in your lovely home, return to the Cape where we use to gather our whole family, kids and all. The house was immaculate, well-equipped, and very comfortable.

The owner was very responsive and took great pride in his property. The five bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped and the spacious floor plan accommodated four couples and two young children very comfortably. The outside patio was a pleasant place to gather on hot summer nights. Overall, our experience was very positive.

Beautiful Stay in Brewster

The property was beautiful and spacious! The house was nestled in a wooded area about 5 minutes from the beach! It was quiet and in a sweet little neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and was so comfortable for the 8 of us to stay in! Ian was easy to communicate with and was so kind! He left a detailed and organized list explaining how everything works in the house, which was super helpful! I highly recommend this house to stay in if you travel to Cape Cod!

Best on the Cape !!!!

My husband and I have been renting on the Cape for 15 years and this has been our favorite rental by far. There were 10 of us in total and not once did we ever feel cramped / crowded. There was plenty of space and a lot of little “extras”. Having rented for 15 years there are always items I make sure to bring but I found with this rental they had quite of few of the items most rentals do not. Property was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Some of our favorite amenities were the fire pit, outdoor shower, and ping pong table. A great stay !!! Highly recommend this property

Great getaway

Loved the layout of the house. The downstairs had plenty of space for our group of 10 to hangout and cook. The location was convenient as well. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to bring our own sheets and towels. This was in the listing when booking so not a surprise, but I ended up having to buy sheets which is not ideal when traveling.
