The Indigeaux
This property is a brand new, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located in the Highland Parks community in the sought after area of Blue Mountain Beach. The spacious kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances is fully equipped. The living area is cozy while the dining area is perfect to enjoy your take out from one of the local restaurants! With a bedroom on the ground floor this home is perfect for an extended family. Upstairs there is another primary suite with a queen bed and a third bedroom also having a queen. The last bedroom has a bunk bed set in addition to a trundle bed for all the kiddos to enjoy. Still need more sleeping accommodations? There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area for a few extra people. This lovely home can sleep a total of 11 guests comfortably. The owner has chosen to only clean and launder the linens with green products. In addition to cleaning this home in a safe, green way it also offers green in room amenities. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner and soaps have all been selected from the Public Goods brand. Dishwasher pods and in room detergents are grab green and seventh generation. This home also has a golf cart for you to enjoy while here. You may take it down to the public beach access parking or hop over to the creamery or Redfish Taco just down the street. The community pool is nearby as well. We are excited to host you.... the beach is waiting.

We do not rent to vacationing groups of students. You must be 25+ to rent this property or be traveling with your parent and/or guardian. No exceptions. Any reservations made that break this rule will be immediately cancelled and or evicted from property with no refunds.

July Getaway

Our stay was great. The kids loved the house, golf cart, and pool area. We have been down to the area before so Blue Mountain Creamery was on the calendar for a daily visit. Getting to the beach was easy with the golf cart and the house came equip with boogie boards, umbrella, and a couple chairs. There are two beach options which are about the same distance and easy to get to via the golf cart. Having a video game console that had old school games on it was a nice touch. Was able to show off my Ms Pacman skills :) Overall I would recommend this location and house. Great place to stay.

Perfect Family Beach Home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our beach trip and our stay at The Indigeaux. It was just the right size. The golf cart was a fun way to get around Blue Mountain Beach. The pool was awesome. Location was great! We will definitely be back!

My family , six adults and a 3 year old, enjoyed the house and location very much. Loved being able to drive golf cart on 30a. The house had everything we needed. Many great restaurants nearby.

Great Family Location

Great proximity to much of the 30A stores, restaurants, beaches, and exits. Golf cart is a great addition for family beach hauls. We used County Road Bikes who gave great service too! Their YOLO E-Bikes were new and fast making any destination on 30A a breeze to reach, even pulling a burley! I will definitely save this location! FyI: wwwCRBikes30acom. (a must have for now on)

Great house! Good location. Having the golf cart was a huge perk for us; so convenient. Community pool was clean and nice. Would stay here again!

Indigeaux is the way to go

Wow. A super nice brand new beach house thats the first house on the very first street in one of 30A's most prestigious, upscale cobble-stone street neighborhoods called "Highland Park". Residents and vacationers enjoy a super private community pool and great location nearby to beach access and restaurants, and of course the Blue Mountain Creamery - famous for its ice cream. One of the best treats to this specific house was its spacious rooms, master bedroom balcony, video game console and a separate room for kids, absolutely beautiful large all-tile showers, and cool screened in back porch overlooking a pond. My favorite thing rather than the amazing house itself was the included golf cart which is a triple seater and brand new. Anyone with any size family will be crazy happy staying here. What more could you want?
