This newly remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bathroom flat is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy watching the waves from your sofa while lounging in this professinally decorated condo. The chef's kitchen is perfect for a quick meal. The master bedroom also has wonderful beach views. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from your large wrap around balcony.

This 3rd floor condo with elevator access has breath taking views of the beach and pool from practically the entire unit. Sit back and relax in this comfy newly remodeled condo with designer furnishings. Plenty of space for your entire family!

This neat & tidy one level condo is sure to please!

Spanish Trace offers lighted tennis and shuffleboard courts. There are beach area showers, so you can spray off that excess sugar sand on your way back into your townhome.

A one time parking fee per vehicle of $15 (cash) will be charged and collected by the on site office at the complex, maximum vehicles is 2 with the exception of July 4th week which is maximum 1 vehicle.

Excellent property and management

Very nice property right on the water. Extremely clean and updated. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a problem with our luggage and the property manager was very reaping to help us. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Vacation

Ten years coming to St. Augustine and this condo is our favorite. The corner on the third floor and wrap-around balcony makes it a unique privilege. The ocean sound lulled us to sleep. The condo is well appointed and owner very accommodating.

Winter break from up north

Great location with great views. Everything provided that could be asked for except perhaps a deck lounge type chair. Will be back.

Ideal location for vacation!

Property was amazing. Location was facing beach on corner unit so there were windows on the side of condo making it feel very spacious. Only negative was long walk from room to elevator which was on other end of condo but I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nicely Remodeled with Great Oceanfront Balcony!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this newly remodeled and very clean condo. We loved dining on the large balcony while enjoying the awesome oceanfront view! Being on the top floor provided a nice, quiet environment. The host was helpful and friendly. Just an overall great stay!

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to sit on the balcony & watch the ocean. One member of our group used a walker & having only 1 elevator for the whole complex that was at the front of the building was difficult. The condo was very comfortable & nicely furnished.

Great Place to Stay

Able to sit on balcony and watch the sun rise. Got great pictures. Only a short drive to all activities in St Augustine. Would come back.

Details

I did not understand from the contract streaming service would not be available. This was a disappointment. Also, the entry door is sticking and the entry mat needs refreshing to make a good first impression. The beds were really comfortable. Cleaning left the stovetop greasy. Lastly, a second barrel chair would be more convenient than dragging the desk or dinner chair in front of the TV.

Fantastic beach property

We highly recommend this property! Everything in the unit is very attractive, comfortable, and functional; the views from the balcony are unbelievable; and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare several incredible meals featuring fresh seafood from a fish market a few miles down the road. It was such a fantastic time with our dear friends in this nice place that we plan on visiting again!

This was our first time to St. Augustine. We found great places to eat. Condo was immaculate. The beach and pool view were exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Wedding anniversary

This place is absolutely beautiful with a stunning view of the ocean! It did not disappoint! The place was very clean and modern. It had everything to make you feel at home. Outside chairs were comfortable and was able to view the ocean comfortably. Plenty of hot water for 4 adults. Plenty of body towels and wash cloths. Beds were very comfortable with extra blankets in the closet. Condo is located on a beautiful beach and only a few minutes away from some great places to eat.

Lovely condo with great views!

The property was well maintained, common areas were clean, and parking was plentiful. The condo is beautifully updated, kitchen was well-outfitted, and the VIEW from the balcony was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to book this location again.
