Wonderful house. Neat, clean, great spot for us. Easy check in and out. Host was nice and helpful, easy to get a hold of. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice and cozy place. Really enjoyed my stay, and the owner had really good communication. It’s in a great location especially if you are looking to float the comal river. Only down side was the condition of the pans and cooking treys. Overall I would 100% go back. I’d give 9.6 out of 10 for the whole experience.

Friend trip

It was wonderful. The location was perfect for our short trips to see things in the area. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and very courteous. Everything was clean and had anything we needed. We would stay again if in the area!

Excellent property and host

The property we stayed at was fantastic and in a good neighborhood, close to everything. The host was very communicative from the start and we didn’t have any issue from check in to check out. Highly recommend!

Communication with owner was clear and prompt. Property was clean and exactly how described. Property appeared well maintained and close to everything New Braunfels. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property for couples or families. Thank you!

Great place to stay!

Upon entry the house smelled like clean laundry. Everything was cleaned to perfection, the air mattress was already set up for us and beds were comfy! Great response time from the host who was helpful and friendly! 10/10 recommend.

Just what we were looking for

This house was perfect for our quick trip to float the Comal River. It was in walking distance to a tube rental facility and a less than 10 minute drive to anywhere you would want to eat in the area. The house was clean and well kept and the property manager was more than accommodating and helpful. We would stay here again.

Cozy Family Place

My family and I came from out of state for a wedding, and this place was perfect for what we needed it for. Quiet neighborhood. 5 mins from downtown area. The house was clean, and there was good communication with the host :)

We chose this cozy house for it's location to the downtown area, Comal River, and Schlitterbahn. The house to find and was less than a mile from the interstate. We had a hiccup finding our reservation, but the owner actually met us at the house to make sure we found it. We definitely would stay again.

Great Option for New Braunfels

We stayed just one night because we went to a concert. We took Uber and happy to have a place to leave two cars. Linens and house were clean. It was big enough to feel spacious with two adults in the two bedrooms. It was easy to find. We didn’t cook so not sure how well stocked. It was a perfect option for what we needed.

Wonderful and Cozy

Our group wasn’t at the house a ton but when we were it was very comfortable for 5 people. At first didn’t seem like the best part of town but didn’t have a single problem with anyone. Talked to one of the next door neighbors and he was very nice. Not too far from everything, we were at the river most of the time. Definitely would recommend!!

Less Is Not More

The home is clean. Not accommodating for 6 people as the listing indicates- (two adults, two 13 year olds and one 17 year old). Furniture is old and outdated. Needs to be better equipped- kitchen utensils, bath soap, TP, no extra bedding for anyone having to sleep on the couch due to very small beds. The blinds are in poor shape - broken and won’t pull completely down. Granddaughter changed clothes in the closet. Overall, a one-nighter was enough.

Hi Deana- thanks for the review. Sorry about the way you feel. This is my first 2 start review. There was an inflatable mattress in the closet, did you see it ? We had toilet paper and utensils there ? There was an extra comforter in the closet and extra sheets in the black dresser . Thanks for staying with us
