Summary:
Serenity Velo is the ideal home for those wanting to unplug from modern life and spend time together both indoors and outdoors. The backyard is simply phenomenal, with multiple outdoor seating areas, spectacular native vegetation, and an awesome in ground swimming pool. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King Bed and had has a separate study area that can be closed off to make a 4th bedroom and is outfitted with a queen-size sleeper sofa, comfy sitting area, large TV, and screen door access to the lush backyard and pool. The other two bedrooms are playfully decorated as the tree frog room and the leaf room. The kitchen has been well equipped with all the pots, pans and utensils one would need to prepare meals without ever leaving the property. Of course, if you do want to venture out, this home's location in Northwest Tucson allows for great dining and shopping with Casas Adobes Plaza a ‘stone’s throw away;' and Encantada Mall just a short Drive East up Ina Road. Tucson's Premium Outlet Mall is also just a short Drive up I10 offering additional great shopping during your stay. This property uses Nexus Clean and Pure Shampoo and Conditioner products.

Other Things to Note:
We can no longer accommodate early check in or late check out. We tried it and found it to be too disruptive to our operation. The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. Sorry :(

Pool heated to 78 Deg F year round. We do allow you to make pool warmer for an additional $50/day.
If you would like to plug an RV into house power, we charge $50/day.

This property has a front doorbell camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. This camera is very conspicuous and is the only camera located at this property.

This property uses Nexus Clean and Pure Shampoo and Conditioner products.

Beautiful Oasis

Everything about this place was perfect especially the outdoor pool area. It was like being at a tropical resort. My only qualm was that it was quite buggy, I purchased a few citronella candles and that did the trick. Left one behind if you’re the next visitor!

Great vacation home

Our stay was great! The house manager addressed any concerns we had within 24 hours. He showed up as well as the pool cleaner unannounced. It would have been nice to know when people were coming onto the property in advance, even just a text/call heads up since we have dogs and a teenager. The pool was nice once it warmed up to the temperature it was supposed to be which made it unusable for the first few days of our stay which was unfortunate since that was one reason we chose this house for our vacation. The house itself was very nice and the property was fantastic! There was a resident owl as well as bats and lizards which were all fun to watch!

The perfect desert oasis in Tucson

This vacation rental is perfect. Book it! The house itself was everything we needed in terms of space, comfort, safety, quiet, and convenience. Wifi worked great and all the TVs are 'smart' for easy entertainment. BUT the back yard is pure magic. The pool, outdoor sitting space and flora and fauna are like having your own, private, mini resort. I am not kidding. I can't wait to visit this place again. The only minor inconveniences are that it's a 25-30 minute drive to most Tucson attractions, and they could use a few comfier poolside lounge chairs. But that didn't bother us so don't let it bother you. One of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in.

Beautiful backyard oasis

Older 3 bedroom home that has been nicely renovated. Master bedroom has a very comfy King size bed with big sitting room off to the side. Kitchen has everything that you need. We really didn’t spend a lot of time inside, but instead enjoyed the huge backyard. Between the pool and botanical gardens this property’s is a true oasis. We were there when the cactus were blooming and it was just beautiful. Loved sitting by the pool reading and listening to all the birds. Even had an owl that hung out at the property. Really enjoyed the big pool. Should note the pool no longer has the diving board as seen in photos. Not a problem for us, but if you are booking based on that feature, you should know it is no longer there. Great vacation! Thanks to Steve for the use of this lovely property!
