We have been coming to New Symrna Beach for years for family vacations and have created tremendous memories! We recently purchased this property to share it with the next generation of our family and all of you.

Condo is located in a safe, gated resort only 200 yards from the beach. Situated across the road from the beach and backing on to a beautiful estuary. New Symrna Beach is one of the best kept secrets in Central Florida with 13 miles of pristine white sand beach. We are on the no drive beach and only a 5 minute drive to the drive on beach. Nature lovers will enjoy the boardwalk on property as well as both the Canaveral National Seashore and Smyrna Dunes Park. The Smyrna Dunes offers 2.4 miles of hiking trails. It is also home to Canal Street historical district and seaside beach street lined with quaint boutiques, galleries, surf shops and restaurants.
It is home to a variety of excellent restaurants ranging from ocean or river front causal dining with something for all tastes.
The unit is only 1 hour 10 minutes to Orlando's theme parks and the Kennedy Space Center. An easy drive for a day visit to the parks. For history lovers, St. Augustine is only an hour away and a great day trip.
