The Malibu is an Upscale, 29-Unit Oceanfront Building, that is steps away from the beach. With oversize glass windows and 10’ ceilings, you'll enjoy direct ocean views from the kitchen, great room, master bedroom, large balcony, and ocean front pool.


Our 3 bedroom - 3-bathroom luxury oceanfront unit is well maintained and spacious, with 2000 square feet. You’ll enjoy large and well-appointed bedrooms, including 2 king suites and 1 queen suite, with private bathrooms. Our home sleeps 6 adults and 2 children in roll-away beds.


The Malibu is centrally located on 13 miles of hard packed sand so you can walk, job and bike ride for miles with ease. You can also chill and recharge with big ocean views and memorable sunrises and sunsets. We are also one mile south of Flagler Avenue on the drive beach, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Wonderful trip at a wonderful upscale condo

This was a one week trip with a group of five family members whose ages went from 4 to 70. Have been to NSB many times over the years and this has been the nicest unit I’ve ever stayed at. This condo has new upscale appliances and large newer tvs. You can tell that this condo was not furnished to be a rental but to be a home. It was spotless and owners easy to work with.

NSB condo

This condo is extremely well appointed. The home was well equipped with dishes, glasses, appliances. It was very much as advertised on VRBO! We loved the balcony watching the sunrise was a daily event. We were also within walking distance to several great restaurants. We were close to pickleball also. We would definitely rent here again!

We enjoyed our stay, place had everything we needed. Having the garage that was shared with another unit was great! We could leave our beach stuff in the back of our truck and keeping it safe.

Excellent place to stay!

This condo has it all. It is in a great location and the beach was one of the best we have visited. Family friendly town and close to everything you need. The owners are easy to work with and very thorough. We have rented from VRBO before and have to say this has been the best one yet! We hope to return next year. We can not say enough good things about this condo! We had a great vacation and made memories that are priceless. We would highly recommend this property rental.

Wonderful and Nice Place

It was a week get away for my husband and I, really nice and comfortable condo in a great location. The owners did a great job of orienting us to the condo and explaining where things were and how they worked, very much appreciated. Everything worked with all the expected utensils and kitchenware we needed for our stay. We only missed having a Kuerig coffee maker, just easier and what we are used to.

Fun filled relaxing get-away

This property was immaculate and exactly like the photos on the listing. Phyliss and Dave were very helpful ahead of time and provided many suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the area. Tony greeted us at check-in and showed us around so we could quickly get familiar with the building and condo itself. The location of this property is perfect: within walking distance of Flagler Ave, restaurants, grocery store etc. Our family is already discussing a return visit and stay. Thanks for sharing your wonderful condo with us!

Beautiful and spacious condo with amazing ocean/beach views!!

We had such a great experience from the moment we booked. Phyllis and Dave kept in close contact with us before and all throughout our stay to ensure our experience would be amazing and enjoyable. When we got to the condo, Tony was there to greet us to give us a quick tour of the condo. He was an absolute joy! The condo was spotless and absolutely beautiful! The views are unbeatable. This was the 4th time we have stayed in a condo in NSB, and this condo blows all of them away by far!

This condo was prettier than the pictures even depicted. It is a gorgeous condo that is meticulously maintained and the views of the ocean are amazing! The owners are so nice and it was a pleasure to rent from them. I plan to return and would love to stay a month next time. Kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are great! I highly recommend this condo for family reunions. We rented two condos and had a total of 12 family members enjoy a week at the beach. The condos are so spacious and beautiful that we just had a wonderful week together. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

NSB Family Vacation

THE BEST CONDO WE HAVE STAYED IN BY FAR! Over the years, we have stayed in many condos, rental properties in New Smyrna as well as many other locations across the country. These owners and this condo rated far above any others. Everything you could need was supplied plus many, many extras that made us feel we were staying with family!!! Plus the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable! The owners checked with us to make sure everything met our expectations. YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG STAYING HERE! We are already trying to coordinate our weeks with our grown children and their families to return next year, if not before then! THANK YOU to Dave and Phyllis for a fabulous vacation!

Wonderful upscale luxury condo

Wonderful upscale unit for families, with plenty of comfort and room for everyone. The owners have invested into every possible detail to provide a comfortable stay in their home. The views are spectacular, and the balcony overlooking the ocean is a relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon refreshment. Very clean, organized and well appointed home. From the moment we made our reservations we felt well informed and welcomed by the owners. The detailed instructions regarding the rental unit was very helpful in making sure we understood all of the building facilities and of the rental unit. We love the New Smyrna Beach and surrounding area and always feel comfortable and safe.

Beautiful and Comfortable

My family and I enjoyed our week on the beach. The condo was decorated so nicely. We brought our two teenagers, boy and girl, and also our oldest daughter and grandaughter. We had plenty of room and the condo met our needs wonderfully. The owners were attentive to our needs and responded quickly to the only issue we had. There was a slow drain in one of the bathroom tubs. It was taken care of the next day. The view was spectacular on the balcony which we enjoyed daily. The owners took great care in all things from decorating the condo, to labeling where dishes and utensils go, to giving helpful detailed info on local points of interest. The ONLY draw back was the procedure to check out when we had to leave early for our flight. We were unable to eat or drink coffee before leaving because we needed to make sure the dishes were clean and unloaded before leaving and I had to do laundry before leaving to make sure we were not charged for an extra load. I prefer to not worry about cleaning so much while on vacation. Other than that procedure, which we did agree to, we LOVED our stay at this wonderful condo. So MUCH was good and right and we would go again next year with no hesitation.

A beautiful get away with tons of space! Perfectly located on NSB on the drivable and walkable part of the beach. Fully stocked with most everything you could want. We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful Beach Condo

Lovely condo located in a great area of New Smyrna Beach. Great for walking, sunning and swimming. Located near stores and restaurants. The condo is very modern and fully equipped with tvs, and all working appliances. Very clean with very nice linens and lots of beach towels and beach equipment. I would highly recommend this unit for 6 singles or great for families. The owners were very helpful upon arrival and gave a tour of condo via the phone. The views from the balcony are priceless and will definitely Come back.

Beautiful accommodations, very comfortable and close to our favorite dining & entertainment spots. Beach & pool/hot tub access was very easy. The condo is well stocked with beach chairs and towels. Communication with the owners was great! Everyone in our group loved the condo and already wants to come back!

After my initial payment to reserve the property posted I started receiving emails from the owners requesting information on myself and anyone planing to accompany me during my stay. The owners demanded to know the names and ages of my wife and kids since we all planed to stay in their condo, everyone’s travel accommodations, why we even chose to vacation at NSB, where we planned to eat and visit during our stay, and if we anticipated any visitors. After a dozen or so emails I assume the owners were satisfied with the answers because the emails finally stopped coming. About 2 weeks before our arrival I started receiving emails again with more instructions and questions. The owner Dave insisted on a phone call when we were a hour away so he could prepare for the required phone call tour of his condominium. After a 7 hour drive the last thing I wanted to do is sit on the phone with someone while they explain how to turn on a smart tv or where the light switches were or how to operate a front loading washing machine. Their condo rules and regulations were laminated and posted everywhere. My vacation was great but fielding all the demands from the owners of this property was intrusive and exhausting. After 32+ emails just to rent a place on VRBO was not worth it. If you are looking for rest and relaxation on your vacation then I would never stay here. I wish I could give this experience a rating of zero stars because that’s what it truly deserves.

Taste of paradise

I have rented through VRBO for the past 15 years. This is the most beautiful, well cared for condo I have stayed in. The owners definitely take pride in their property and our stay couldn’t have been better. Nobody wanted to leave. If you are looking for a quiet place with beautiful ocean views look no further. Very nice condo in the perfect spot in New Smyrna

This is a very nice, spacious condo with a beautiful oceanfront view. It is clean and well taken care of. We loved the location and its proximity to everything in New Smyrna. The condo itself provided all that we needed from cooking items in the kitchen to beach toys, chairs, etc. We brought our own beach items but it was nice to know they were available if we needed them. The owners were very informative and helpful from pre-check in to check out.

Absolute Delight!

What a beautiful condo! It is well appointed and spacious. You will not regret staying in this home. Beautiful sunrises and moonrises from the deck which is directly on the beach. The location is perfect for a short drive to both Canal and Flagler streets. We truly enjoyed our week and will definitely return!
