Book your next getaway adventure at our amazing Beau Coast property, The Blue Chill and experience true coastal living! There's plenty of space for the whole family with 3-bedrooms and 3.5-bathrooms. The great room with the kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances along with a workspace area in the great room. The Blue Chill is located on the inner waterway in Beau Coast, so Kayaking and paddleboarding are just a short walk away. We can provide information on local companies to rent these items from for your stay! This coastal neighborhood offers a community swimming pool. Enjoy a short walk to Traders, a local restaurant featuring sandwiches, salads, and homemade meals to go, also at Traders is a kayak launch and an open back patio with a fire pit to sit and enjoy the beautiful view! The Blue Chill is just minutes away from the scenic waterfront of downtown Beaufort with shops, restaurants and ferry tours. The Blue Chill will be a property you want to return to every year!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
