Charming 2-bedroom house in Seattle with WiFi, AC, 5 minutes from downtown

This bright, spacious 2 bedroom home is nestled in the quiet but bustling neighborhood of North Beacon Hill. This is the perfect location for a weekend staycation with many bars and restaurants within walking distance or a home away from home. The light rail is a short distance away with routes to both downtown and Seatac airport. We are very conveniently located for World Cup visits.

Lumen field, T-mobile Park, Wamu Theater & most downtown Seattle attractions are 5 minutes away. Seattle's iconic Pike Place Market is a short distance as well.

There are smart TV's in reach room with most streaming apps available (just require sign in). The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking ware, a coffee station and an assortment of spices. We also offer one complimentary laundry pod and dryer sheet for guest use.

Sip on your coffee or relax in our sun room just outside the front door with a small table and chairs. While there is not a parking spot on the premises there is street parking available. There are tenants in the downstairs unit (duplex), however both units are closed off with a private entrance and separate yard spaces.

Everything was just as described and just like what was pictured . My favorite part was the double sinks in the bathroom and the size of the bathroom for two people to be able to get ready at the same time . We actually walked the block a couple of times and felt perfectly safe with all our surroundings . Would def stay at this location again to catch a cruise ship out of Seattle !

Cute place. Nice stay. Great communication with host. No problem finding street parking at any time. Very steep incline out front so just be aware for anyone with mobility concerns. Location is great for downtown visits. Quiet area. Appreciate that host does not have a laundry list of things they want done before check-out. Property was clean and comfortable.

Clean and adequately furnished. Geographically located within ready access to the harbor and other points of interest. Our host was helpful and allowed us to check in early. The property is located on a steep incline and requires navigating some sidewalks and steps that could prove difficult for any people with mobility challenges. The parking is also a bit difficult although we found a place each time we needed to park.

Cute home, very clean. I couldnt get the a/c to turn on, so contacted the host and she was very quick to respond and they eventually did turn on no issues. Great location in downtown seattle. Highly recommend!

The property is a duplex, not a standalone house.There was supposed to be 3 beds which included a pullout sofa which was broken and unusable. The owners said they were going to deliver a replacement mattress which they didn't. The entire house smelled extremely saturated with plugins and scented spray - was almost unbearable.

The Beacon Hill neighborhood is not only scenic, quiet, conveniently situated near downtown Seattle and has many neighborhood bars and restaurants. This is perfect for guests who like the feel of a neighborhood but still want to be close to the city. Public transportation is also very close.
