Charming 2-bedroom house in Seattle with WiFi, AC
This bright, spacious 2 bedroom home is nestled in the quiet but bustling neighborhood of North Beacon Hill. This is the perfect location for a weekend staycation with many bars and restaurants within walking distance or a home away from home. The light rail is a short distance away with routes to both downtown and Seatac airport.
Lumen field, T-mobile Park, Wamu Theater & most downtown Seattle attractions are 5 minutes away. Seattle's iconic Pike Place Market is a short distance as well.
There are smart TV's in reach room with most streaming apps available (just require sign in). The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking ware, a coffee station and an assortment of spices. We also offer one complimentary laundry pod and dryer sheet for guest use.
Sip on your coffee or relax in our sun room just outside the front door with a small table and chairs. While there is not a parking spot on the premises there is street parking available. There are tenants in the downstairs unit (duplex), however both units are closed off with a private entrance and separate yard spaces.

I am a Seattle native but have enjoyed living in different parts of the world. I spent my undergrad in San Francisco and my post-grad in the UK. I love to travel and have stayed in many unique hotels and rental properties, inspiring some of the touches I have put on my own. My goal is to create a comfortable home away from home for each guest stay!

The Beacon Hill neighborhood is not only scenic, quiet, conveniently situated near downtown Seattle and has many neighborhood bars and restaurants. This is perfect for guests who like the feel of a neighborhood but still want to be close to the city. Public transportation is also very close.

The property reflects my own personal style which is comprised of both boho and modern touches. We also offer onsite laundry, a full kitchen and small side yard for guest use.
