We had a wonderful, cozy new years during our stay! The fireplace kept us warm while the couches and beds were all incredibly comfortable.

This is a fabulous place to stay. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked and a pleasure to cook in. Great attention has been paid to detail in every room. The beds are comfortable, there is an abundance of clean towels, parking for 2 vehicles, and a fantastic location. Absolutely the best place I have rented in Provincetown; I highly recommend it!

Great Stay!

Great location, 5 minute walk to the boatslip & downtown. The house was beautiful and checkin was a breeze! Would absolutly recomend staying!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked, beds we comfortable, nicely decorated and close to town. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Chris’ home! Perfect location, very spacious and comfortable home, fully stocked kitchen (so stocked that one could make a gourmet meal!), and extras like beach chairs for use during stay. It was a great place to hang out after the beach and before heading into town. Highly recommend!

It was amazingly comfortable even for 6. The kitchen was very well organized and had everything we needed. Perfect location and incredibly responsive owners. We would definitely go back and recommend!

Perfect location, beautiful home!

This house was absolutely lovely with all of the amenities we could ever want. It is a super short walk to everywhere you want to be in PTown, and check in / check out couldn’t have been easier. A truly perfect place for our amazing trip!

Great place,great location

Chris is a wonderful host, and we are so grateful he chooses to share his house with us. The house is always clean and up-to-date with all the amenities we want. And the location is perfect with an easy walk into town.

Great Spring Getaway

Great location

This is so central, a quick walk from tea and literally around the bend from the main strip. Plus, the bike rental place is also close which is super convenient. Alexa in every room was a great touch and the kitchen was verrrry nice.

Luxury stay in Ptown for Lesbian Weekend

This lovely home is cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect with a very quick walk to bars, clubs, restaurants, and the water. The shower is sublime and has a steam room function. The beds are so comfortable. Would definitely love to stay here again for my next ptown trip.

We enjoyed five days at this very comfortable centrally, located home. Chris is clearly an experienced owner who has thought of all the little comforts that make a vacation rental so nice. Very comfortable beds, great linens, temperature control in all the rooms, beach equipment so you don’t have to bring your own, but don’t forget your beach towels! We would happily come back here again.

Lovely house

This was our second year at this rental and again everything was great. It is a lovely place. Thoughtfully designed and very comfortable for my family. Owner is responsive and helpful.

Amazing house.

I rent all the time in Ptown and this is one of my favorites...great location, spacious 3 bed and 2 bath with fabulous bathrooms. Also the perk of 2 minute walk to Perry's and Relish on the West End.

A great get away!

I've stayed here three times. The location is fantastic. It's close to everything but tucked away on a side street. The kitchen it VERY well stocked. And the owner is great to work with. The house is always clean.
