A perfect place to stay, just a short walk into town. Everything about our stay was great: easy check in, prompt reply when I had a couple of questions, and the space is impeccably clean and comfortable. Can't wait to stay at Troy & Jeff's wonderful home in the future.

Very responsive and courteous host. This is a brand new construction in quiet and secluded location with parking. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This condo was a perfect getaway. It was clean, comfy, quiet and convenient. High quality everything around the home. Plenty of blankets to keep chills away. The ride/ walk into town was very short. It was also easy to get on the main road to explore other parts of the Cape. We were there during the Nor’easter that came through and felt safe from the storm. The heavy wind and rain sounds outside were minimal. Troy checked in to make sure we were doing well and answered all of our questions. I’d recommend staying here next time you venture to the Cape and P-Town.

A very enjoyable week at Troy's home/rental. The unit is amazing with EVERYTHING you will need. It was such a perk to have a 1.5 bath, which can be a rare find in Provincetown rentals. We were concerned about the walk to our usual activities (Boatslip, Red Inn, etc.), but it honestly wasn't bad at all once we found the best route. Troy was also very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was good! If there is availability next summer, my friends and I are already considering staying with Troy again.
