The check in process was straight forward and simple. The condo was nice and my kids enjoyed it. It felt like a safe place to stay. It's right across the street from the beach and the pools and hot tubs were nice.

Cozy and Cute

Condo was perfect for my family of 4. Perfect location. Pool was great! The only thing was my kids couldn’t walk around barefoot without their feet getting super dirty. And there was no broom to sweep up anything. Other than that everything was clean and set up perfect!

The description says, "sleeps 6" and technically, this is accurate. However, I would not recommend that more than 2 people stay here. There's just not enough square footage for 6 people--and only 1 bathroom. I was alone and it was sufficient for me. The information about the "resort fee" needs to be updated as it was actually 40.00 not 35.00. I didn't use any of the "resort amenities" except parking my one car, so I guess that's what I paid for. The pools were packed, so I didn't use those. If I had rented this for the "resort" features, I would have been very disappointed. There is a "gate" outside of the door to the rental that looks like it locked at one time but no longer locks. this rental is at the very back of the property, and since I stayed alone, it would have been nice if the gate had locked, too, for security purposes. There are a couple cups and utensils, but not anywhere close to a full set. I would recommend bringing coffee (if you are a coffee drinker), paper plates, utensils, etc. There seemed to be plenty of towels and bedding. The rental (and entire "resort" actually) could use updates.
