Enjoy Galveston with the best view in town! Our condo offers a great location as well as amazing ocean views right from the living room! Perfect for a couples getaway or small family retreat, this condominium offers one bedroom w/ Queen bed, expansive living and dining and a great kitchen. Living area overlooks the ocean, enjoy the view from the Queen size Sofa Sleeper. Our building offers many amenities including a grilling area and pool for so much family fun at the best getaway!

Enjoy the views from the large private balcony. Living area features Queen size sofa sleeper and dining room for 4. Bedroom sleeps 2 with a comfortable Queen size bed. Full Kitchen ready to make a homemade meal that everyone can enjoy featuring 4 burner stove top, oven, dishwasher and full refrigerator. Standard Black and Decker Coffee Pot (coffee not included). One Large Towel and One Washcloth included per guest. The Condo is in a building that has a private parking lot. The guest fee per vehicle is $25 per vehicle per stay collected by the building at the time of checkin.

Location of room was perfect! Located on the with floor with unobstructed views. We could see the sun rise and set from the balcony. Look forward to our next stay!

Nice Condo with an awesome view

We loved our stay at this Condo. We wanted something with a great view of the ocean and this was it. The place was clean and the overall stay was very relaxing.

Perfect getaway with the best views on the island

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot for our family . It was definitely worth every penny and we will most certainly be renting again in the future

Galveston Trip

The facility and condo is dated and trip across Sea Wall drive dangerous so keep your eyes out when crossing busy road. Worse part for us was having a very bright outside corridor light that shines into the bedroom on all night and not able to be turned off. Then bedroom was brighter at night than in the daytime making it hard to sleep without covering your eyes. Bring a eye covering. Best part was that unit was well stocked and efficient with nice pool and elevator with high floor location. Very nice balcony with table and chairs. Check in and everything else excellent.

Summer vcay

View was awesome, watched the moon come up over the gulf. There are a few things that need attention: mold by the bathroom vent, bathroom sink is loose. Entry door needs either repaired or replaced, it is cracked around the top deadbolt and the weatherstripping on the bottom is coming loose. We never felt not safe while we were there. Everyone was super friendly.

Initial communication with the host was fantastic. However, after we checked in, we were disappointed with the unit itself, along with the lack of response from the host. The unit appears to have deteriorated from the initial photos posted, and is in need of some significant cleaning and repair. Our number one concern was what appears to be mold in the bedroom, and above the shower which is presumable what caused the misty smell. Also, there were gaps in the floor boards, and there was construction going on in the hallway of the condo early in the morning. This was especially uncomfortable as there are no blinds on the windows, and only thin curtains for privacy. The cleanliness was not up to par, as the vents were extremely dusted, the shower floor was sticky, and there were misc stains on some of the furniture. Even something as small as the hand soap being heavily diluted with water was disappointing. I am pregnant, so the possibility of mold and lack of cleanliness was concerning, which resulted in us leaving early. We messaged the host, and heard nothing for 48 hours, even with a follow up. I had to get VRBO customer service involved to get a response from the host. They did respond, but said that it was under review. After five days, I followed up, and it had been 3 days and I have still heard nothing from the host. This is by far the worst experience I have had with VRBO. This was supposed to be our “Babymoon” so this was incredibly disappointing.

The place was cute and clean. Had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. Kitchen was good with some cooking supplies, utensils, etc. Bathroom and shower were both good. Had a nice pool with lounge chairs and bathrooms outside. Some cons:-The place shouldn’t be listed as “sleeps 4” because the fold out couch is HORRIBLE. Springs stabbing in back. Had to go buy an air mattress. There are fold out couches with better mattresses or you can go buy a new mattress. Invest in your guests! -There is only 1 mirror in the whole place. Women like to get ready in the mirror while others are using the shower/bathroom. -There is a security light directly outside the bedroom window. It lit up the room all night long. We had to try to find a way to cover it. Just need to buy some black out curtains or blinds/shades! -We booked for 4 people and there was just two washcloths and 3 towels. -You should disclose the extra fees that will incur upon booking. We had no idea we were going to have to pay 59 for incidental insurance (or 1500 refundable *at owners discretion) plus a 37.80 parking pass. That adds over 100 extra that someone isn’t expecting.

Our stay

Everything was good except for the lack of towels and toilet paper. Had to go to the store to get tp and wash towels on our vacation. Alot of banging on walls and loud people around late at night. Overall was ok but will be trying somewhere different in the future. A little pricey for the place as well. And pool closing at 10pm was a joke. We're on vacation and kids wanted to swim more.

Perfect location!

The location of this condo was what made our trip. Being directly across from the beach made it so easy to relax and play in the waves whenever we wanted! The balcony also made it easy to relax when we didn't want to be out in the sun. The only cons were a weird smell in the apartment, which we attributed to the new floors, and the bright light right outside of the bedroom that we were unable to turn off. Some blackout curtains would have made it the perfect place.

Wonderful!

Great view! Very nice place to relax! Look forward to coming back. Only suggestion would be, installing blinds in the bedroom to block out the outside lighting at night.

Fantastic rental property.

This was the first time I’ve rented a condo, and I’ll never go back to renting hotels again. The check in process was so easy, I had communication in text and received a response really quickly. The condo was stocked with all the basics needed. The bed was super comfortable and the view was great. It was right across from the beach. Perfect balcony for drinking coffee in the morning and listening to the waves crashing. The condo was neat, clean and furnished well. There is a laundry facility on the first floor. The staff were super nice up front. The only changes I would make is the shower head was zip tied and didn’t function properly which makes it difficult to shower little ones and the lock on the front door was touchy. Everything else was amazing! Would definitely rent again and recommend. Totally worth they money.
