Spacious, comfortable, and nicely appointed 2 bedroom-2 bath unit with FREE Hi Speed WiFi. This beautiful space boasts a fantastic SUNRISE VIEW of the Gulf of Mexico which can be seen from seen from the living area and guest bedroom.
This uncluttered balcony has sliding glass doors, black out storm shutters for the guest bedroom, and most importantly an ELEVATOR -NO NEED TO CLIMB 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS! Elevator is just few yards from our front door and is wheelchair accessible.
We are walking distance to the largest grocery store WALMART, mini golf, restaurants, Starbucks Coffee, and the Galveston Fishing Pier. The beach is across the street!
This location also has access to a sparkling clean POOL, tennis courts, common area credit card washer and dryer access, conference & business center in lobby, 24-hour building security and desk attendant. There is also a BBQ pit in the Common Area near the pool. Check with the front desk on the first floor for availability.
Children over the age of 7 are welcome AND this is a NON-SMOKING unit!
No pets! Minutes from Moody Gardens, The Historic Galveston Island Strand, Schlitterbahn, and the numerous public access beaches and pocket parks. This is affordable and beats any hotel in town, with it's fully equipped kitchen no need to eat out every night! All the appliances and amenities you need just bring your sunscreen and a beach towel and you're ready to go! Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and a small amount of travel size shampoo should you need all supplied for your stay,

As long time visitors to the island, our family has owned a home in Galveston for over 40 years. This was a perfect getaway after many years of renting from time to time; our original home in Taramar Beach was destroyed in Hurricane Alicia in the 1980's. We have enjoyed this condo throughout the years and look forward to hearing about all the wonderful new memories to be made!
