Sunshine Cottage offers accommodation up to 5 while sleeping comfortably. Enjoy the easy entrance and covered parking space. The main level offers a king bedroom with an oversized luxurious spa tub and walk in tiled glass shower. The main level also offers an open living and kitchen for your morning social coffee while planning your adventurous day out. While having easy access to an additional dinning room area, a bathroom along w a washer and dryer utility closet as well.

The lower level awaits with an awesome pool table, open sitting area, nice sized smart TV and a full size bathroom. You'll also find a queen bedroom for sleeping arrangements.
The door exiting the lower level opens to a patio area you can also enjoy while watching the wildlife w many deer crossing!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Full size Washer/dryer, plenty of parking with parking 4 SUVs if needed. Hot tub and BBQ station.

Outdoor Area:

Enjoy the beautiful widespan of the open lot space The Sunshine Cottage has to offer! This area offers a covered deck with patio sitting along w a nice BBQ station! Awaiting near this area is a nice flat yard w a firepit and sitting for 6.

Sunshine Cottage offers to accompany your pet "dog" during your stay with a $50 non-refundable pet fee per pet per stay w a max minimum of 2 dogs under the limit of 35lb each. For service pets the fee can be waived with proof of proper certification.

Each reservation includes free amenity access that the resort has to offer. Each guest that wishes to use this offer will simply need to make a friendly trip to the resort general store while showing appropriate ID that's presented on the assigned reservation. You will be granted a card for electronic use for acceptance of unlimited amenities during your stay!
