MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.
Come stay in our luxury apartment that features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms open kitchen concept.
Our home is very well located in Storey Lake with where you will find state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness center, business center, kitchen and day spa. The clubhouse features a lazy river, putting green, a playground, a splash park, a resort-style swimming pool, a tiki bar with a many popular cold drinks and delicious snacks, and a volleyball court. There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community.
The living room is open and spacious with a 6 seats sofa and chairs to relax and enjoy the 65 inch smart TV. This area opens to the fully screened balcony.
Dining table seats 6 and another 2 at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.
This family friendly home also offers free WIFI 200MB.
One King bedroom is located downstairs - King size bed, 50 inch SMART TV, sharing full bathroom.
