Home with open floor plan and room for 6. Extra bathroom makes it easy for all guests. Each room has access to 40 foot screened in porch via sliding glass doors. There is also a fenced in play yard for your furry family members. Minutes from historic downtown or Lake Chatuge for those needing lake time. The house is 10 miles from Murphy and 15 miles from the casino for those who want to try their luck. Easy access to Franklin NC , Helen Ga, Hiawassee and Blairesville. My personal favorite is setting by the creek around the stone fire pit.

Nice Mountain Escape

The house is on a nice fast moving stream. In a quiet neighborhood. The own Sandy was very responsive to my communications. We would rent again.

Perfect for dogs!

The experience here was top-notch! Instructions were clear, the place was incredibly clean, and very welcoming. We appreciated the bottle of champagne and dog toys waiting on us. The screened in porch is a godsend and the fenced in area for the dogs is perfect. The amount of attention to details throughout the entire place was carefully considered and well executed. It has everything you need and more.We will book again 100%!!!

Christmas getaway

The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Nice house to stay in when traveling with pets- The fenced in doggie area was great. They even provide a dog toy which was very thoughtful!! We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch or by the fire pit listening to the creek- it was so peaceful!!

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway!

The house was the perfect, relaxing, peaceful getaway! Very quiet and serene. The property layout was excellent for two of our family members who are senior citizens. Definitely looking for dates in 2025 to book again! Will definitely be back!

Best vacation rental we have experienced in a long time. Perfect location and the home was perfect for our needs. The scree porch was peacefulness of the creek.we enjoyed the fire pit and we toasted marshmallows and just enjoyed the beauty of the the area. The leaves were beautiful. We loved the place and plan to return again next year. Absolutely beautiful and we loved it!!!!

Second Time Still A Charm

This is the second stay for us at Creekside Cabin. We are blown away by the property and the cabin itself. It was colder this stay, so the beautiful fireplace got a workout. The dog LOVES Tusquitee Creek. The new fridge has an ice maker! No more trays. The amenities, as usual, were outstanding. Petal enjoyed her stuffed trout toy. The Tusquitee Community and Hayesville are wonderful, idyllic retreats. We will be back again!

CREEKSIDE REST

We found this property searching for a new resting place. It has all we need. Roomy open plan, plenty of seating, comfortable beds, fenced in yard for the dogs, on the creek, comfortable and really nice home. Short drive to Casino.We had a great rest and break, and casino trips. Look forward to the next one. Most important- the host was always available to help. LARRYB GEORGIA

Peaceful break

It was exactly what we needed after a hectic five weeks helping our son and grandbaby. We read, tried a little fly-fishing, took walks and explored. It felt like we were at home as soon as we walked in.,

Fantastic Vacation Trip

The property is beautiful and very comfortable. It is steps away from a relaxing babbling creek. Mountain range is also able to be seen from the property. This is our second trip to this property and will definitely not be our last!

Very nice property

Two nice bedrooms with baths. Relaxing location on the creek. Fenced in yard for dog. Updated appliances. When they get broadband it will be the nicest property we would have stayed at over the past seven years.

Creek Cabin Review

What a wonderful vacation spot! Poppie our fur baby agreed completely and especially enjoyed the dog run. This tastefully decorated home had absolutely everything we needed or wanted. We felt very comfortable and safe the entire time we were there, and the neighbors were delightful. One directed us to the John Campbell Folk School, an impressive arts facility in nearby Brasstown. We would recommend El Charro in Young Harris for tasty Mexican and Nocturnal in Hayesville for a good brew. Even the fishing at Chatuge was a fun and productive adventure. Kudos to Sandy for providing the perfect getaway destination. Thank you!

Relaxing by the Creek

We stayed the whole month of June and had a totally relaxing stay. Being directly on Tusqitte creek was so nice especially reading at the fire pit beside the creek, eating on the back porch, listening to the rushing water, and the surrounding green and shady yard were all so relaxing. Our dogs also loved itwith plenty of walking room and fenced in side yard for them. We will be back.

Peaceful

The listing for this location does not do it justice. The property was immaculate, the house spotless and nicely decorated. The screened in porch with access to the enclosed yard was a wonderful perk. It was so nice to be able to let our dogs out and not have to have them leashed. The fire pit, the creek …. So peaceful. It has been the best place we have stayed on vacation especially with our dogs.

Awesome!

After many stays in other cabins, I have to say this is the best. The cabin had every possible amenity you could want. The cabin was immaculate. The beds were so comfortable I wanted to sleep all day. The sounds of the rushing creek were so soothing. I'm only sorry that my husband's mobility issues made it impossible for us to use the firepit for s'mores. We wiil be back next year, health permitting. Thank you, Sandy. Joe & Wendy

Peaceful & Beautiful

This house was perfect for a place to go to get away from reality. The back porch was a dream come true with the sound of the creek and being screened to keep bugs away. My friend and my dog were very pleased with everything. The communication with this owner was so good. We will return soon. Thank you for allowing us to share this location.

Best Pet-Friendly VRBO in Hayesville

We have been coming to this area for about 30 years and we love taking our dog with us. This cabin was the most pet-friendly (our dog had a toy waiting for her when we arrived plus we loved having a dog yard) we have ever stayed at plus it had all the accommodations that we love - fireplace, creek, outside fire pit, grill, and very warm, cozy & spotless! We will definitely be back! Sandy is the best host!

Perfect location

We went to Hayesville for a friend’s birthday celebration. The property was just down the road from their house so the location was perfect. The house was even nicer than depicted in the pictures. Unfortunately it was too cold to make use of the lovely screen porch. The creek was beautiful and noisy. We did get to enjoy the fireplace. The house was well stocked.

Christmas vacation

Wonderful creek side retreat

We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties throughout the years but I can honestly say this is one of the best stays we’ve had. The house and amenities were exceptional and the property is beautiful. Super clean and very comfortable. The location on the creek sitting by the fire pit was so peaceful and relaxing. Great vacation getaway. We will definitely have this property on our return visit plans. Highly recommended!! Thank you Sandy for sharing your beautiful house !
