During your stay, you can admire the breath-taking view of the beach as you listen to relaxing ocean waves. Spot wildlife, see serene sunsets, and enjoy all of the beauty that Alaska has to offer from right outside your windows! If you're looking for an unforgettable view for your Alaskan adventure, this is the perfect place.

This studio is equipped with a small kitchen, a huge 65" Smart TV to stream your favorite shows, a Queen size Tempurpedic bed, and a Twin size sleeper sofa. All of the linens, towels, kitchen accessories, etc, are all provided. There's parking included, as well as coin-op laundry on site. And free Wifi!

Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay out of downtown. Amazing ocean views. Fair pricing and great customer service. Will be staying here every time I visit Sitka now

This was a wonderful experience. Very nice clean comfortable rental with an incredible view. We had the pleasure of seeing whales, seals and eagles right from our room. Really appreciated the laundry facilities - they came in handy. Not only was this a great rental but Sitka is lovely and so friendly. Thanks so much!

We loved staying here. Everything was so nice. The view, the bed was comfortable, the washer and dryer were not coin operated. The only thing, we had trouble regulating the water temperature in the shower.

Room seemed fairly clean. The building itself looked run down enough that I thought I’d made a mistake with the address. 2 stars for the view. Not worth the money & host had poor communication. It’s also right on the road so you can hear the waves but also all the traffic.

The apartment was exactly as described! Clean and comfortable, and included all the things we needed for our 5 day Sitka stay. We were grateful for the washer and dryer after days spent hiking and fishing. The highlight was definitely that it was waterfront. We slept to the sounds of the waves and eagles. We saw a sea otter, seal, and several eagles from the window. In the evenings you could watch the eagles hunting for fish in the tide pools. We would gladly stay again!

Love staying here. Cozy and quiet. It’s so relaxing listening to the waves and taking in the incredible views. My go to spot in Sitka,AK.

Great view of the water. Very clean room. Easy acess to highway to downtown. Laundry was very handy. Had trouble with tv. Losing internet and signal some nights while we were there. Overall we would come back again some day. Good price for sitka alaska.!!!

Check in was very easy. Excellent location if you have a car. Excellent views of the ocean and a quick drive into town. The apartment had all the necessary facilities.

Beautiful views, and worked out well

Good location, beautiful views. Only issue was the fragrance from the laundry detergent on the towels and bedding was very strong and seemed to bother my sinuses.
