Palms at Wailea 2206, offers the perfect location in Wailea. This 2-bedroom/2-bath unit surrounded by the lush landscaping make this a great Hawaiian getaway!

As you enter you will immediately be drawn to the fantastic views! Your large private lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful Maui morning or dine alfresco to a beautiful sunset. With ample seating for 6 and chairs to lounge.

The living space is quite inviting and open! Relax after a fun-filled day exploring all Maui has to offer. Complete with a large sectional that converts to a sleeper for additional sleeping, cozy reclining chairs to kick your feet up, and a flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything the inspired home chef would need. The dining table allows seating for four. Additional seating for two with an eat-up breakfast bar. The guest bedroom features two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request. The guest bath is located conveniently adjacent to the guest bedroom and has a beautiful walk-in shower. Drift off for the perfect night's rest in the primary bedroom. With a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, single split AC, and an en-suite bath. (Please note, the A/C unit is only available in the primary bedroom).

Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just a minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment

The pool will be closed Tuesday, September 16th through Friday, September 19th, 2025 for maintenance.
It is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, September 20th.

Perfect Sunset Views

The unit was nicely updated and in a fantastic location - amazing sunset views from the lanai. The unit had a wonderful cross breeze during the afternoon, but AC in the living room might be helpful to accommodate the peak heat levels in the late afternoon. The unit was nicely equipped with the necessary amenities, but was missing a few small items - spatula and scissors. Overall, great experience enjoyed by our family; will rent again.

The kitchen was nicely stocked above and beyond with helpful utensils and appliances. Beach is an easy 10 min walk, other great beaches just a short drive. The unit was sparkling clean. Pool and grounds were lovely. Also, the customer service of the management team was excellent! They were helpful and responsive. Unit was as advertised. AC unit only in the master. Fans provided for other room which does get hot. Overall, So glad we stayed here. Would stay here again.

Great Condo

Clean and updated. Good location. The only downside is no AC throughout the condo. AC only in the primary bedroom. It does it warm at night. Overall I would recommend Palms unit 2206

Lovely condo!

This was a beautiful condo and was very comfortable and well apportioned. Location and the complex in general was all very nice and central to our adventures. The balcony was awesome for breakfast and watching sunsets with a beverage. The one minor criticism would be to have an AC unit for the second bedroom. This was our first time to Maui in the summer and it was much warmer at night than when we visit in the winter months. The trade winds were very nice and breezy but even having a portable rolling AC unit for that bedroom would be nice. We had a great time and were very comfortable.

Beautiful Home

The property was in the ideal location. Close to the beach as well as the best local restaurants and beaches. The open floor plan brought in tons of natural light and the scenery was breathtaking when all the windows and doors were opened. The only downside would be the small ac unit found only in the master bedroom. Making the rest of the home extremely humid and hot! Our guest who slept in the second bedroom found it difficult to sleep with temperatures reaching over 90 degrees. The property management was quick to bring us two additional box fans, which help just a tad. This place is ideal for cooler months or if additional ac unit was added to guest room.

Beautiful Condo- One major downside

This condo was very nice with a beautiful open living area looking out to the lanai. We enjoyed every part of it other than no air conditioning in the second bedroom with twin beds. There is no airflow in the room even with the windows open, so it’s so hot all day and then at night we had to move the twin mattresses in the main bedroom with air because it was too hot to sleep even with fans. All they did was blow the hot air that was in the room. So my husband and I and our boys all slept in the same room. The living and kitchen area do have much better air flow and it is bearable with no air. There definitely needs to be a mini split installed in the second bedroom though. The lania was very nice with a pretty view. We loved that part of it, but couldn’t stay again due to air conditioning.

Beautiful and Peaceful Location

The view from the terrace is stunning, especially at sunset. It was the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee. The beach access is within walking distance. The swimming pool at The Palms is wonderful. There is only one air conditioner and that is in the main bedroom, so it got a little hot for the kids in the secondary bedroom. Otherwise, this is a lovely property.

First day was a little hot since the condo was closed up and no fans or AC on. We tried the Air conditioner unit in master bedroom the first day but then gave up on it. Cooler nights helped keep it comfortable temperature.Sliding glass door handle broken and difficult to open door. And the one window in the bedroom unable to open.

Family stay at The Palms

We have stayed at The Palms many times in other units and we really love this property. This was our first time at this unit. We had a great stay and the location of the unit on the property is the best. The reno they did is great. Couple of things that need a little attention is the air conditioning really doesn’t work so the master bedroom was very warm and then the rest of the unit was extremely hot made for uncomfortable sleeps for everyone. This unit has very little in regards to extras like toilet paper/paper towel, chairs for the beach were broken no umbrella or beach cooler. No lounge chairs on deck. I guess we have been spoiled as other units had all of this. We know this property just had an extensive reno and I think we were one of the first groups thru so these things should come with time. Thankyou for having us.

Excellent Condo

Very clean and nice condo on Maui! We enjoyed the layout including the open lanai and service window from kitchen. Had everything we needed. Was surprised the only AC is in the master bedroom but opening windows and doors at night cooled the space and made it comfortable.

The condo was very clean with an open concept in the main living area and a well supplied kitchen. We ate on the patio for every meal. The only downfall was that they had no air conditioning In The second bedroom. The main suite had an air conditioner for that area only. The main living area had plenty of windows to get A good breeze so it was comfortable. The second bedroom got morning sun and got very warm quickly. We had two fans going plus a ceiling fan but it was still uncomfortably warm to sleep. An air conditioner needs to be installed in the second bedroom. Other than the air conditioning issue this is a great condo.

Great Maui Homebase

This is a very spacious and private condo on a beautiful property. Easy walking distance beach access. Love the fully opening windows in the kitchen. Everyone can be connected. Wonderful 180 degree view of west Maui, even if you can't directly see the beach. One of the few condos on the property that has a very private lanai since it is the furthest West unit groupEvery dish, utensil, appliance you need is available. The recent remodel is very well done. Both bathrooms and kitchen are great. There is only AC in the master. Would be nice to have AC in the main room, but fans help move air around. I would definitely recommend this property for 4 people, but easily could accommodate 6. Loved that beach chairs and towels were provided. Super helpful. Was great to come home from a long day, cook dinner and relax, enjoy the sunset, and watch the night sky.

Nice experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean. It only has air conditioning in the master bedroom. This may be common in Hawaii? but we would have liked it at least in the other bedroom. They had lots of fans set up. It is somewhat dated. The best part for us was the pool/hot tub. The location is perfect. It was not too far from everything we did. We only ate breakfast here but the kitchen has pans, silverware etc if you want to cook. We ate a few times on the patio. The view is very nice from the patio. The town is very fancy. We went to island gourmet many times and also safeway for snacks, etc. We drove up to Lahaina and the Hakeakala crater which is farther but worth it. We did not go to Hana. Kids took surf lessons in Kihei. I also recommend the chocolate tour in Lahaina & Leonas for a stop on the way for lunch.

Beautiful sunsets and location!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful quiet end unit, and evenings on the spacious lanai with Maui sunrises and sunsets. Loved the proximity to Wailea beach and shopping and restaurants close by!

Good and Bad

Great location, beautiful views and specious! I always feel bad saying anything negative but this maybe important to some people, especially those sensitive to smell. The unit is extra outdated and is in need of some upgrades, the place has a fishy smell (I think it’s embedded in the old carpet) we spent significant amount on air fresheners but the smell only got mildly better. Only one room has AC so it didn’t help with the smell and air circulation. I visit Maui 3-4 times a year and I will not be staying in this unit again.
