There is a full bath as well as a laundry area with washer and dryer on the first floor. Upstairs are spectacular views of the water everywhere you look. You can't beat the views from the master bedroom, sunroom or living room through their large picture windows. With 5 different sitting areas, everyone can find their own spot for peace and quiet. The multi-tiered deck is equipped with a propane grill and has excellent 270° views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Parking is in the 2 bays at the end of the open garage.

This home is sited on 300 feet of beautiful waterfront shoreline and there is an adjacent three-bedroom lake-house which may also be available for rent to accommodate more family or friends. See Property ID #207

If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $45 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
