Pack your bags, bring your family or friends, and experience the most pleasant getaway when you book this family-friendly, two-story home near the harbor! A prime location situates you within walking distance of a great variety of restaurants, coffee houses, stores, and Boothbay Harbor Marina.

This classic home provides guests with a spacious and open living area with comfortable sofas, a smart TV with streaming services, and free high-speed WiFi. The nearby open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove/oven with a range hood, dishwasher, microwave, and a dedicated coffee area with a drip and Keurig coffee makers. The six-person dining table in the kitchen will be ideal for meals together. A small, yet convenient laundry room featuring a stackable washer/dryer and sink will make laundry a breeze.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was perfect for our two night stay after visiting the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden, before we headed to Mount Desert Island.

Filled with love

This house was adorable- absolutely loved it. The owner put so much love into it, and it shows. Conveniently walkable to stores/restaurants and the footbridge. Excellent location! Comfortable furnishings and beds. Very clean and well maintained. This house had everything we could have asked for and more. Would rent again!

Would Live Here Permanently

Loved this house. No fear necessary that house is near parking lots, public services, and street because you are so close to the beauty of Boothbay! We loved the short walk to downtown stores, restaurants, boardwalk and footbridges. This cute house is not far from big grocery stores and other strip malls. Nice roads leads into town, and it was helpful to receive text updates on the check in and the property. Inside, house had a very good energy! It was quiet, clean, and organized- even with welcome notes. There is a great history to this house now with many updates. We loved the details like the mud sink, red appliances and decor: tiny mice, luggage chests, and framed maps. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home…perfect location!

This is a beautiful old home that has been remodeled. It has so much character. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect!! Everything was within a few minutes walking distance. It was truly a perfect home in a perfect location! I would definitely stay here again:)

Boothbay Harbor

The home had the charm of a 100 plus year old property with nicely done updating to make it very comfortable. It was very convenient to walk to the shops, restaurants, and waterfront in Boothbay Harbor.

Convenience and Coziness

Excellent place to stay and close to everything within walking distance. Try the Vietnamese Restaurant that is also a bakery called Baker's Way and the Lobster Bake on Cabbage Island. Such fun!

Cute house, fabulous location!

We just returned from a wonderful family getaway stay in this house. The location is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and the Cabbage Island boat trip. The house is laid out great for a group and the updated areas (kitchen and downstairs bath) are beautiful. Home was clean, towels plentiful, surrounding area quiet, check in and out were easy and thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great Rental!

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Buoy house in late September/early October. The house comfortably slept 6 (including 2 children), and was conveniently walkable to the wharf area and plenty of fun attractions. The house is recently renovated (very nicely) while still maintaining some original charm. We had a great time and would recommend it to others!

Charming home

This lovely home was spotlessly clean,charmingly decorated and very comfortable. We felt like we were staying at a friend's home rather than a rental property. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet even though it is located just a short distance from shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely cottage

We enjoyed our stay very much but communication with the management was a problem. Luckily we resolved a safety concern on our own, after zero response from Vacasa, and enjoyed this beautiful property for the rest of our stay. The house is old, but clean and bright and has everything you need for a great stay. Great location as well!

Excellent location! A minute or two walk to shops, tour boats and restaurants. The home was super clean and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable. Perfect getaway with another couple. Good privacy when needed and comfortable areas to spend time together. I highly recommend this rental. The owner obviously takes pride in ownership and providing an excellent guest experience.

Bouy house

We had a great stay. The house was very nice. My only complaint was the sump pump ran the entire week and it was right by the living room. Very noisy. Other than that it was a great week

Great Location! Everything in walking distance from home.

This was such a great find. Everything was in walking distance from the home. Home is has been nicely remodeled from bathrooms to kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious. Only suggestion is to put rugs in the upstairs bedrooms. Floors are not redone and can be quite loud.

Oh YES!

What a delight! It is such a pleasure to walk into a house and become aware that someone has spent a lot of time thinking and caring about design! We loved the art on the walls and the updating done in the house. This is indeed an old house (we live in one as well) but oh so comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and there was no, "Gee, I wish they had THIS or I wish they had told us THAT before we checked in." One couldn't ask for a more convenient location. It is a slow 5 minute stroll down the hill to shops and restaurants. Even though it is located in town, it was also easy to hop in the car and get exploring other parts of the whole Boothbay area. We would have no hesitation staying here again and hope to do so!

BBH family vacay!!

We stayed 2 nights at this charming old house in the heart of Boothbay Harbor, on a long 17 day trip to New England. The house had everything we need, a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and was a short distance to the heart of the harbor. Some things other may want to consider when booking is there is only 1 TV, the bed mattress are on the firmer end, and the floor are very unlevel. None of which we had a problem with but some travelers may not prefer. Overall we loved this stay!!
