Quiet neighborhood and only 5 minute walk to the light rail (which runs from the airport all the way into Seattle), 20 minute walk to Columbia City.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was in the perfect location for our summer vacation, with easy access to most of the places we wanted to explore. It was very clean, cozy, and family friendly. Since we were traveling with several children, having a full kitchen and laundry room made our stay incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the extra bath towels and cozy blankets. Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming home, and we would happily stay here again!

Several restaurants in the area that deliver. And it is convenient to a Safeway too. Easy to get on the light rail to get into Seattle. Just a really nice place, perfect to just relax between outings. Highly recommend

The house was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Very close to the light rail and easy to navigate in and out of the city. Grocery store nearby as well. We did not rent a car and were able to explore Seattle as well as make it to and from the airport easily. This was a very nice, perfectly priced option.

I was very pleased with this property and the landlord. The house was super clean, the location is quiet, and it is close and convenient to the train. Safeway grocery is also a short and easy walk away.The landlord was easy to reach and immediately responsive. Thank you for having the coffee pods stocked when I arrived. The primary bedroom was very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay and appreciated the landlord’s flexibility when I need to extend for a night due to a flight cancellation. I can heartily recommend this property.

This property was very beautifully designed for our weekend stay. It’s on a nice area and the neighbors were friendly. The master bedroom bed is pretty high to climb in but other than that everything was perfect. Definitely would stay there again.

Awesome home. Fair price. Perfect location for our trip. Slept 7 comfortably. Very clean very nice. Would highly recommend. Great next door neighbor as well. Best tacos I’ve ever had only a 5 minute walk away. Will stay again if you’ll have us.

This was a great location for getting around to different areas in Washington. The stop for the train was a short walk away which makes getting into Seattle great.

Good central location

The space was efficient for what we needed. The response was quick when we needed something. The only suggestion I would make is to let your quests know there are ants that crawl all over the kitchen counters if fruit is laid out.

Exactly as advertised and perfect for our needs!

This house was perfect for our family’s needs during our 6 day stay in Seattle. Every inch of the house was designed with thought, the beds were extremely comfortable, the layout and living areas made sure everyone had their space and the driveway to park the car after a long day was incredible! Thank you for sharing this property with us!
