Extensive interior and exterior renovations have just been completed! This North Litchfield Beach home has everything to make your vacation complete - a private pool, hot tub (fees apply), elevator, pool table, shuffleboard table, cornhole game, an enclosed outdoor shower, 2 refrigerators, wine cooler, stand-alone ice maker, front screened porch, back screened porch, large sun deck, and more! Only a 3-minute walk to the desirable and prestigious sandy shores of North Litchfield Beach. The home is set up to accommodate 14 guests. The elevator is only accessible from the ground level/carport to the first floor of the home; it does not serve the second level of the home.

Location is perfect, quick walk to the beach but not touristy. The house was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Owners were very responsive with questions we had. Bring your own beach towels and pool floats those are not provided.

Property was as advertised. Great property. Really enjoyed the outdoor screened in space. Especially, the shuffleboard. Our group likes to cook, and the kitchen was well equipped.

Our stay was wonderful! We were able to comfortably fit everyone, with room to move around. The additional seating on the back porch and under the house made the rainy weather much more enjoyable. The host checked on us every morning to make sure we didn't need anything. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could think of. For having a large group, two refrigerators was amazing and made it easy to stock the house with everything we needed in one grocery run.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was the perfect size for our group, and everyone had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kids especially loved the outdoor area and spent so much time enjoying the pool.Our only complaint was that the listing mentioned there would be a Blackstone grill, but there wasn’t one during our stay. Other than that, everything was great. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a fun, family-friendly place to vacation.

Great house with lots of amenities! Pool was great and pool table provided early evening activities while getting ready for dinner. Nice area downstairs for grilling and awesome outdoor furniture! Very clean and comfortable with good size kitchen. Short walk to the beach too! Will definitely look at staying again in the future.

Super clean and beautifully decorated. Nice outdoor spaces and great outdoor and indoor games (corn hole, pool, table shuffle board, pool table). Cost of adding heat for hot tub use extra 250 for only 7-11 pm, which we didn’t do. Great location and very quiet.

A very clean property. It was extremely well Equipped kitchen. It was very Bring your own soaps, detergents, toilet paper as is typical but we cooked a lot and they had all necessary pots and pans, garlic press, spatulas, etc. they had multiple huge TVs in almost every room. The pool was small but refreshing and they had it cleaned twice a week. The grill is charcoal so I had to brush up on my charcoal grilling skills. My major complaint was the description of the bedrooms and where the beds were located was misleading. The master bedroom has a king and queen. The two upstairs bedrooms both have a queen. In the first floor there are two pull out couches that would sleep 4 in total and upstairs in the hallway is a day bed/trundlebed. However if you pull the trundlebed out those sleeping in one bedroom will not be able to access the stairs without climbing over the trundlebed. It technically sleeps 14 as the website suggests but the one bedroom upstairs only included one bed as the daybed/trundlebed is in the hallway. All that being said I would stay here again as it was a 4 minute walk to the beach and a beautiful house.

Family fun

Great property in quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and to bike paths. Rode bikes to murrells inlet for lunch and a bit further - down to Pawleys. Lots of toys to play with and we used them all on a rainy day. Floor plan is a bit choppy- not quite what I expected- and two en-suite baths upstairs are tight spaces. Loved all the kitchen gear and ice maker. Overall had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing!

Coast Inn

Lovely home. Oven/stove did not work when we checked in on Saturday, was not repaired until Wednesday. An inconvenience. Realty company did nothing to compensate. They brought grills on Thursday. We understand that things can happen.

Worth the Cost

The property was beautiful, inside and out. We had a little miscommunication about the heated pool, but it was quickly resolved. Our family loved the pool, pool table, shuffleboard, and ping pong table. The kids had a blast! There were tv's everywhere, but they chose to spend their time playing together. The elevator was amazing for our parents. The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed, including the ocean. The neighborhood was very friendly, quiet, and peaceful! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, etc. Excellent experience!
