Very clean, excellent location, plenty of parking, plenty of bathrooms for our family. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well outfitted. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. Property management was very responsive and helpful to all of our needs or requests.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The location literally cannot be beat! Having private access to the beach was a dream come true. Inside the house was perfect, huge spaces and comfortable beds.

Great house for a large group! My friends and I had an amazing stay in Surfside Beach. The house is huge with plenty of room and amenities included. The location directly on the beach and within walking distance to bars and restaurants can’t be beat! Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The home was stunning and it was literally oceanfront with a really great walkway to the beach. It was very clean and modern. We had a smoke alarm that was beeping during the stay. I reported the problem and maintenance was there within the hour to fix it. I would LOVE to stay here again... honestly, I didn't even want to leave.

The house was great and perfect for our large family. House seems built really well compared to other rentals we’ve had in the past…quiet, couldn’t hear others in their rooms. Access to the beach was awesome. A little busy on the beach right in front since there is public access right next to the house, but it always felt private and could never hear crowd noise over just the ocean waves. The only significant thing that was a bother was the pool temp. We paid a lot for heat that week, but the pool water never warmed up enough for the family to use it. Commented to the property manager a few times, but was never resolved. Overall though, we loved the house and would definitely rent there again!
