Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry that the home was not in the condition we expect for our guests upon your arrival. We take a great deal of pride in the house and in providing a great experience, and clearly there were several items that our cleaning and maintenance teams should have caught before your stay. As we discussed, I only wish I had known about these concerns when you arrived as opposed to after checkout, as we would have addressed them immediately. That certainly doesn’t mean we expect our guests to serve as our inspection team; rather, we want guests to know that if something isn’t right, we have local teams available and will make every effort to correct it quickly. Since your stay, we have addressed the items you brought to our attention, including replacing the microwave adding additional beach chairs and reviewing the cleaning concerns with our team.
