Vacation 2025

We had a wonderful stay! We didn’t realize there were separate houses with different rooms, but it ended up being a great experience. Esti was amazing—she went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She even surprised us with an ice cream cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

One Week Stay

Was great! Only issue was this was first experience without self checkin, which was not the most coveinient. But other than that the stay was excellent!

Family vacation

What a great family get away. Relaxing under the sun. Fresh ocean breeze and nice big pool to finish the day. We had incredible stay at this beach house. BBQ every evening with local supermarkets and restaurants near by if needed. 10 out 10. Thank you so much for the stay.

Amazing Pool

The pool is amazing and overall the house was fine. The kitchen is tiny so don't plan on cooking any big meals. The other item to call out is that the yard is not fenced. Other than that, the house is in a great location and we would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay in FLL

My family loved everything this property had to offer, host was so great to work with! One small piece of feedback would be to better detail the layout of guest house, it’s essentially one large room with two beds, the sliding door does act as a divider but you will need to walk through other bed area to use bathroom

Excellent weekend staycation

Great house perfect for two related families and grandparents. Pool absolutely amazing! Host is A+ and extremely helpful. No issues at all and we're already looking to book here again.

Great Place!

We stayed for the weekend in a downtime of the season. The house was great. The pool was fantastic. The beach is literally a 20 yard walk across the street. Kitchen bathrooms, beds, all perfect.

Location, Location, Location

I booked a different property nearby for 4 couples to have a weekend away. I was told by the property manager who has this property and the other, that it was double booked. She did help us in getting this one booked. My biggest issue with this property is that it wasn't clear to us that the 4 BR's were split up between a main house, and basically a revamped garage. The property has been updated, and the location is tough to beat, but I'm not sure we would have booked this one had we known there was verry little privacy for half the couples staying there. On the positive, the location like I mentioned is perfect. And the pool is one of the best I've seen at a vacation rental home.

Great place to chill

House was perfect. Location is a hard 10 and the back yard / pool area was awesome. Having a house with multiple bedrooms and private bathrooms was a must as we were traveling with two other couple. House came nicely equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc. Only thing we wished it had were plastic cups for the beach/pool but this was a minor item. The property was really good and the service getting checked in and out was perfection. Most importantly the property was clean and in a nice area. We'd stay here again if we travel back to the area.

Long Weekend in February

Great location on the quiet end of the road. Beach is a short walk from the house, but we didn’t leave the backyard. The heated pool is huge and there is plenty of seating outside. Great spot for a relaxing long weekend.

Excellent beach front home

This house was perfect to spend time with family over Thanksgiving. We spent way more time in the heated pool than we ever expected. The only thing we encountered that was different than expected was the sleeping situation. Two of the beds were located in an unattached guest house. It worked for us but if you have small children it may be a problem.

Birthday Weekend

First of all I want to say the house was AMAZING!!! Perfect location, the beach views and the pool views 😍 are breath taking. One thing they don't mention that the house is split into 2 houses so main house has 3 bedroom (1 small room with pull out sofa in master room) and 2 other rooms in a separate house (doors do not connect you have to go outside to get into the other 2 rooms.) We were outside a lot and noticed we were constantly checked on by either by the property management team driving by or walking by. They do have other homes in the area but that could have been the reason. Only 7 cars are allwed to park at the house all others must park on A1A (beach parking) you are only allowed to park at on A1A till 11pm, if not there is a fine of $57. Its true its an event home only 19 ppl allowed like the description states just be sure the more ppl deive together the better parking problem will be. Overall no complains!! We had beautiful weather and got to enjoy the whole weekend. Thank you Jessica and Easi for being great property management team.

Thank Esti our stay was absolutely amazing. Short getaway with the family, we are locals. We don’t live close to the beach to it was a great location to spend some quality time with the family. Everything as pictured, very easy to communicate and get questions answered. House in pristine condition! Pool and the beach were both great - loved it and would do it again!!

Great pool

Double lot gives you lots of outdoor space with tiki hut and big pool. Right across from beach access. The water features blocks out the sound of cars and the greenery blocks view of cars so you don’t notice the road between house and beach. Also the way the house and greenery are set up, it blocks wind so you can enjoy the pool when it’s too windy for beach

Awesome Pool, Location, and As Pictured - Smaller Kitchen and Baths FYI only

No issues what so ever with this property - it is as pictured, easy check in, easy check out, texting comms, I flew in late and still no issues. The pool is asset #1 - awesome pool (better than pictured), the beach is asset #2 - right next to beach ~2-3Min walk till toes hit sand, the location was asset #3 - walkable restaurants, park, and easy drive access to everything. The house itself is an old bungalow painted all white inside and updated with modern TVs. The style and fit out are as pictured... if you are looking for a luxury kitchen or bath you will just not find it here if that matters to you.... either way the pictures are dead on and accurate. Finally, the guest house is literally a guest house... we did not understand that from the listing... this was awesome!! Lots of parking and no issues with any of my uber eats or instacart orders. Will be back.

Great Pool!!

The best feature of this house is the pool and outdoor space. It’s perfect for families. There’s also a perfect outdoor dining area which is outside. The beach is across the street and beautiful. The property manager was also excellent. Super easy to deal with, super attending to our needs (when we asked for an extra bed, larger pots and pans, and other things) and was very kind!
