The 'Ultimate Beach House' is the perfect house for a beach getaway or family reunion . Our house is a one of a kind beach house built in the early 1960s and was remodeled in 2014 and is unlike any other house in Ft. Lauderdale. Voted best beach house in Los Olas on the beach. It is a "5 level" beach cottage that has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, dining room with seating for 12, living room, and breakfast area with seating for 4. There is a great bunk room downstairs for the kids that sleeps 4. Also downstairs is a huge hangout area with a big screen TV, pool table, and a pull out couch that turns into a king bed. We have a 24ft beautiful Swimming Pool with a small water fall. We have an out door seating area and beach chairs for 13 people. It can sleep 12 to 19 people comfortably. Everything in the house was remodeled in 2014 from the floors to the windows to the two 80" big screen TVS, pool table and new furniture. But this is not your fancy white wall new house. The house is an Fort Lauderdale original house that is full of beach personality and spirit.

We are located perfectly close to everything. Most importantly we are only 97 steps from the beach. We are 2 miles from Los Olas blvd, 1.2 miles from Galleria mall, 1 mile from Target, 1.2 miles from Publix grocery.

When you rent our house you will get our ' How to enjoy Ft. Lauderdale Book' This is a book of all the best restaurants, movie theaters, fun things to do, Nightlife locations and all those secret places only the locals know about.

We have everything you need for the beach I including 10 beach chairs , beach towels, beach umbrellas and a cooler.

Our goal for you is to have the best vacation ever. Renting our house is not just a house rental, its a decision to not just stay in a normal house, but in the Ultimate Beach House!!!!!

Great House!

This was our third spring break in the Ft Lauderdale area and this was the best house yet. Very roomy for our group of four adults. Short walk to the beach. We spent a ton of time at the pool and really enjoyed the house in the evening. House had everything we needed and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Leo, the property manager, is fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, a great house!!

Perfect Vacation

We had the most perfect vacation because of our stay at this perfect beach house! The house itself is beautiful. The location is unbeatable. It is steps from the sand. The pool is perfect. We spent many hours in it cooling off and playing with the kids. And the house has everything you need- including so many thoughtful finishing touches for people traveling in with airline luggage restrictions. And the beds are unbelievably comfortable! It truly was a dream vacation and we can’t thank you enough! We’re already looking forward to our stay next year.

Perfect Family Get Away

Our family of 11 - 6 adults and 5 children under 10 had a fabulous stay. Besides the location being ideal - only a short walk to the beach - the house was perfect. The living space was super comfortable, the kitchen was great and the bonus of the heated pool, beach chairs and supplies were all excellent.Thank you to Ashley and Doug

Milestone Birthday Family get together

Location was perfect, House was close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. The porperty was unique and large enough for our group of 9 with plenty of bedrooms and common areas.

NYE Beach retreat

Great property. Well represented in description. Both owner and property manager were very attentive. Took care of any additional needs. We had 4 adults 7 kids ages 5-15 and everyone had plenty of space. My wife(not a rental home fan) even enjoyed the house and stated she would stay again! Huge win! Thanks Doug and Leo!

Great Week

We had a great week with family. Perfect for 2 separate families to stay under the same roof and still be able to have some private time when needed. The pool a with the close proximity to the ocean gave us the feel of an ocean front condominium but having the benefit of multi room house. Our family “beaches” all over and this property stands out as one of our favorite places. Fort Lauderdale is great and we would love to recreate the experience down the road.

Beach House vacation

This was one of the best vacations we took with family. We had 9 adults, everyone had the perfect space. The house was big enough where everyone felt comfortable. It was perfect for walking to the beach. When everyone had enough of the beach we walked back and relaxed by the pool. Perfect place, would do it there every year.

Spacious, clean, beautiful location. We all had such a wonderful time together whether at the beach, 1/2 block, sitting at the pool, or enjoying the house together! Memories made, never to be forgotten!

Perfect Location

This was a perfect location for a family getaway. The pool was awesome, the beach just a few steps away (you do have to cross a street, but it was never an issue, even with young children) The house was perfect- a true beach house. Most well stocked kitchen of any VRBO I've ever rented and the host had plenty of pool toys, floats, beach towels, etc. Highly recommend!

Great all around

Being so close to the beach was fantastic for our group with little kids. The house was clean and very cute! Lots of stairs but there were baby gates that we installed for safety. Host/greeter was very nice and helpful! All around a great stay!

Great escape!

House is really great. Super close to the beach & lots of bars / restaurants. Very responsive hosts. Super clean & organized. Slightly rustic and cozy. Stocked with everything you need and comfortable enough for large groups to have privacy. 10/10 recommend.

Great beach house for tortuga

Had a great weekend with friends while we went to tortuga music festival. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was awesome to be so close to the beach. Spent a lot of time in the pool and grilled. Having three parking spots was the only aspect of our stay which we had to sort through as we had multiple people driving in to town separately. Overall we had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again.

It was a wonderful experience. The home was super comfortable, very clean, had all the necessities, in a great neighborhood that is right across from the beach, a wonderful pool and we would definitely stay there again. It did not let us down and we are pretty spoiled. Thank you !

Amazing property- WOWWW

Best vacation ever in Ft. Lauderdale beach. Amazing house, location. The house decor is breathtaking. They house has everything you need to have a great time with family. Best Vacation House

From the moment we landed the house manager was in contact with us. They actually got us in earlier for check in which was nice surprise. The house was even better in person! It has anything you could think of needing from pots, pans, our own pool, pool rafts, beach chairs, towels, coolers, canopy for the beach and beach stroller! We were a party of 10 and had tons of room to spread out. Very clean! Absolutely perfect for us Moms and our daughters. Definitely planning our next trip with the girls here next year!

Overall Pleased

For a home built in the 1940's its a pretty nice home, but it needs some love (maintenance). But it was perfect for my family on 9, we all enjoyed the stay and the home has some niche areas that we all loved. We would go back for sure.

Great pool area and all the amenities!

Believe all the glowing reviews. This beach house was amazing. We were here with 13 people and never felt crowded or cramped. Ample seating everywhere, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, best pool area with both sun and shade…I could go on and on. Beach access was super easy and it was a nice, quiet area. We had some minor communication issues, but it didn’t affect our time much. We thoroughly enjoyed making memories as a family. It was hard to leave! We highly recommend this place!!

Amazing Family vacation

We came to celebrate with my 89 year old dad and our 5 year old grandson. There were 10 of us and plenty of room! There happened to be a monsoon ( 10 inches of rain!!) and we lost power for a day. The host was AMAZING and sent a care package with everything we needed.. ( including wine!!) House was beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need ( pans-plates-dishes..ect) The ocean view from mammoth dining room table was awesome. Would 100% return -Side note- we have never stayed at a VRBO property that was SO awesome about heating pool.. was a definite plus as we have one at home and keep it around 87 degrees and this felt the same! Leo - the caretaker was a absolute gem to work with and VERY responsive!

Great Time

The house was great - its location was very close to the beach - its a busy street, so may want to make sure the kids are with adults, but if you have a patience (wait a minute or 2) you always find an opening. The space was amazing, very beach like feel - and lots of space - enough for our 3 families. Pool was great - kitchen fully stocked, The area had just about the worst rain/hail storm I've ever seen - and there were a few leaks in the roof (which was apparently newly installed) - we are pretty easy going so didn't bother us - we put small bowl and moved on - The owners were concerned so I think they will fix it - but felt I needed to mention - we didn't care at all. I'm not a good reviewer - so I will just say this. The place was gtreat, our whole group loved it. Yes, maybe some minor things that were not 5 star (grill maybe., a kitchen cabinet, the roof) but all minor in my opinion and didn't matter. We would stay there again with the exact same condition and be happy as can be. I only mention this because some people are complaimers about every little thing.....

Beautiful place but a few things could improve…

We loved the location and the house was great but while we were there we had some issues that never were resolved. The pool really dirty and we asked for the property manager to send someone to clean it but it never happened. There was also a stopped up drain upstairs that I called about fixing but they never sent anyone to do it. We could tell there was some wear and tear on the place as well when a piece of the dishwasher fell off, a piece of a shower in the downstairs area fell off and there were bumps and knocks all over the place. You could tell things need to be updated and addressed but they have not. When “Julian” walked us around the property on arrival, he was pulling sheets and blankets off of furniture and trying to uncover porch furniture because it had not been done beforehand. Seems like no one has been in this house for a while to look over issues and update things that needed attention. While our overall experience was a good one. For the amount of money it cost to book this, I would’ve thought everything would be in perfect working order and all issues fixed and addressed quickly and smoothly.

I Expected a well maintained house for the price

Pro's: The location of the home was excellent. It is literally right across the street from a nice beach with a lifeguard and within very close walking distance to a vibrant downtown beachy area. Con's: pool ques are warped or tips are broken odd, many lightbulbs are not working, main level hall shower leaks into the floor area, towels were damp at check-in, washcloths are worn and 1 appeared to ne used for cleaning and left in the bathroom to dry, clawfoot tub water is turned off at the wall and leaks when on, bath tissue and paper towels were insufficient for our stay after 3 days, front yard and pool area not as shown in the ad, dry rot under porch eaves, back of pool couch is broken was covered with pillows, microwave over stove does not work so there is no exhaust fan for cooking, tabletop microwave is on the desk, lower level master shower head falls off when the water is turned on, dishwasher does not release soap so we had to hand wash everything, pool was dirty upon arrival, screened in porch door doesn't close, BBQ is too close to the wood siding so we did not use, back door to the bunk room/pool is very hard to open, several old paint cans in the backyard and a large rusted can on top of the basketball hoop, several sheets of lattice and a ladder are laying near the side yard exit. We are also asked to leave at 10:30 while check out shows 11 on the ad, check in was in person not contact free, and we had 2 visits from owners? to check in and pick up their mail but due to CDC / COVID we were asked to start the beach towels laundry and remove all bedding. I expected more and relied on the photo's but every day we just found more wrong with this house and did not feel like we had privacy here.

About 5 years ago we moved to Florida in the search of that house. We finally found the house like no other. Over the past year we have renovated the whole house giving an older classic a modern new feel. We have three children Rhili Love (11 yrs) and Summer Faith (7 yrs) and Zander Cole (3 years). The feel of the house is like you are staying at home. While many other houses are setup and decorated as a rental with rental mattresses and furniture and no design our house feels and breathes the beach in both comfort and style and this is our house and the warm feeling you get when you walk in makes you feel like you are at home. We also have living space in two areas. The main TV Dining Area and the new Game room and TV Area.
