Located only 6 blocks from downtown Gatlinburg and convenient to a trolley stop, it will make a great vacation spot. The main level of the home has an open concept livingroom, kitchen and dining area with seating for 6. It has a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa and 55 inch television and a great deck overlooking the Dudley Creek area. There is a king master bedroom on this level with a walk in shower, and 50 inch flat screen tv and a hall washer and dryer. Upstairs there is the 2nd master king bedroom with full bath with tub and shower combination. Just outside the bedroom is a small sitting area with a video game table.

Lovely cabin

The cabin was stunning. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a running stream just out back and even though we were close to downtown it felt secluded. The birds were singing and I saw a chipmunk, so cute. Wish we had more time there.

New Years in the Mountains

We have very simple check-in and the cabin was ready. The cabin was clean, except the beds were a little uncomfortable. The hot tub was very enjoyable. We were very close to downtown. Just a little disappointed we didn’t see a bear!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at our cabin. The only tricky thing is that it’s very hard to see the keypad on the door if you arrive at night. There is also a keypad on the wall, which was confusing. The keypad on the door was the correct one. We entered our code into the wrong keypad and couldn’t get into our cabin on the first night because it was after hours. The staff offered us a full refund for the night, and everyone was super friendly. They even drove out to our cabin to help resolve the issue.

Stay too short

The cabin was beautiful. But it was located too far from downtown and wasn’t an easy walk for us. But even though we were given free parking passes to park we were unable to find the parking place.

Weekend Getaway

We encountered ants in the kitchen which I told the cabin rental office. The dishes were not clean. Every one I wanted to use had to be washed first. The downstairs bathroom shower curtain was awful. It kept coming off the hooks and you had to work with it to keep water from getting on the bathroom floor. I don’t typically complain but thought I would leave these comments in the hopes that the next guest would not have same issues. Overall our stay was nice. The beds were super comfortable after hiking long hours in the smoky mountains and it was quiet and pleasant on the back deck. The rental office also provided parking passes in Gatlinburg which was an unexpected surprise.

The staff that didn’t care

We arrived a bit early and the staff said the house wasn’t ready and they’d text us when it was. Never received any notification and we went back and the paperwork was sitting there waiting for us. Got to the house to find that there was no internet, cable or phone. Called they said they would send someone out. When nobody arrived after more than an hour we called back and were informed that oh yes they know and that they have a work order placed and we should have it back in a few days. They claimed they didn’t know but we’re sure they did because they told us they had a few cabins with this issue due to a storm a few days before and our neighbor said he had been without it for days. We do understand that things like that are out of their control however that should have been mentioned at check in and they should have let us know that they were already working to get it resolved. They should not have said they would send someone and then just wait for us to call again to tell us. It was a complete lack of communication and apparent lack of caring that will make it so that we would not return or recommend this property to others.

Cute cabin close to the heart of the town. Close enough to get places quickly but removed enough to feel like you get to escape at the end of the day.

Excellent property

I’ve stayed at several different properties in Gatlinburg over the years. This cabin is, by far, the nicest one yet. The property is exactly as described and very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others who want to have a relaxing escape but close enough to anything they’d want to do or see.

Working stay with friends

The cabin was perfect! The four of us coat the cabin instead of a hotel and it was a great decision. There was room to work, visit and relax! The cabin inside is as beautiful as the pictures, really. The creek next to it was magical with sounds and movement. We felt safe and private but amazingly not far from downtown.

Cozy cabin

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean! The kitchen was well stocked. Great area, we felt safe here. Took the trolley to Gatlinburg right from out front which made it so much easier to get to town!

Great stay

Beautiful place. Great location on the river. We will stay again. We walked to the strip and trolley back. Beds slept great. Great communication with property rental. Few minor maintenance issues. Great place overall!!!

Property management needs to come in and look before renting.

The location was great! But had mold and mildew all over the shower curtain! Had to wash the comforter cause it had what looked like blood on it. Also had to clean the dishes before using them. They were not very clean! Property was not rent ready in my opinion.

Great quality for price

Overall, the cabin was great quality for price. There were a few things I would keep in mind if you are planning on staying here. The cabin was cozy, however, there were not enough towels for use on the property. With showering and the hot tub I would recommend bringing towels with you. The pillows were awful so I would recommend bringing your own. The property boasted having a fully stocked kitchen, but if you are actually planning on cooking they barely have any pots and pans, we were unable to cook breakfast like we planned on. We did really enjoy our stay even with the minor issues noted above. The parking passes included in the booking was such a great perk and saved us close to 80-100 since parking downtown can be pricey, and while the cabin is walking distance it was too cold to walk anywhere. We would stay here again, and just anticipate bringing a few extra things with us. Also, the location is gorgeous! Couldn’t beat the price at this time of year.

Great location

Great location close to everything, comfy bed and check in and out very easy.I would recommend the owner to clean more thoroughly. Blinds, kitchen and tables were very dusty. Shower curtain durty and broken.
