The home is comfortable and relaxing. The only drawback is it’s in the mountains and you need to be a confident driver. We had a great week, saw 15 bear and 2 moose

If arriving after dark and unfamiliar with the area, the roads up to the property are narrow and very winding. Beautiful during the day, just unexpected arriving late. Enjoyed the stay, the visits by the bears, and Beautiful view of the mountains.

We really enjoyed this house tucked away at the top of the Mountains. Was perfect for our family trip to the area! The kids really loved the game room area and I enjoyed the views from the upper deck with coffee in the AM! Host was amazing he was in contact to be sure everything was going well and we had no worries or concerns.

Great place to stay!! We had a young black bear visit us on the property. We viewed from a safe distance, but it was amazing! Very family friendly with the game room downstairs.

This VRBO was perfect for our family! It was fun to have the game room for our teenagers and we had many skeeball, air hockey, and pool tournaments in the evening. The road up to the house is a bit scary, but the view is worth it! We had several bear visits and one even tried to open our car doors. Patrick, the host, was awesome, checking in with us and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely return if we are ever back in Gatlinburg!

The Chalet was homey & comfortable. Our host, Patrick, kept us informed & provided everything we needed for our stay. The views are spectacular from this location.

Great location and convenient to everything. Beautiful view of Gatlinburg, and we even had a family of 4 black bears visit. Patrick is very responsive and we are very happy with our stay. Would stay again.

We had an amazing time! My son loved the game room! We all joined in to play and had the best time! We saw 4 bears (from a safe distance) which made our day to see them in their natural habitat. So cool! The house was cozy and comfortable! Patrick was a great host with perfect instructions and clear information when we needed it! We will be back!!

This is a great vacation rental for families. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. There's plenty of space to spread out and the game room on the bottom level was a big plus for rainy afternoons or late night fun. Patrick was very helpful from check in to check out, and was great at messaging right back when we contacted him with questions. You can tell he really takes pride in providing an enjoyable vacation experience for all renters.If you want to see bears, this is the place to stay! We had bear visitors every day. Just make sure not to leave any food or wrappers in your car and lock your doors, so you don't have any bear "break-ins".

From the moment of booking, the owner of this cabin has been very responsive and helpful. I originally booked the wrong dates for our visit and he was very helpful in getting the trip moved to new dates we needed. Then he gave us a military discount for our son who was traveling with us. The cabin was wonderful and the views were excellent!

We enjoyed our stay at this chalet. It was cozy and rhe owner was awesome. He was very attentive to every question. He even notified us when there was a wondering around bear outside and gave us tips on places to eat.

The host is amazing, checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Gave us great information on great dinning options, and sights to see. The house is clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The scenery is amazing and we even had a bear visit us our first hour there. We also had a lot of fun in the basement game room. We will definitely be back to this house.
