Fun opportunity to stay in a tiny house in lively SoBro! The space features a full size bed, kitchen area, full shower, and additional lounge space (with convertible sofa bed). Located a block from the Monon Trail in the South Broad Ripple neighborhood you can walk/bike to many of Indy's best spots.

The space:
If you’re looking for more space there are two Airbnb’s on this property, including a “main house” that can sleep up to 12 people.

Guest access:
Guests can park in the driveway in front of the main house.

Other things to note:
We are pet friendly with a $25 per night pet fee.

Cute little place

I ended up not spending the night because I didn’t drink alcohol at the concert as I thought I might. I’m confident it would have been comfortable. Only suggestion- add a Keurig coffee pot.

The gate latch was rusted and jammed shut and almost impossible to open. Very small, steep steps up to loft bed with no light for getting up in the night. Untrimmed bushes left no visibilty when backing out onto busy road. Air conditioning was so loud it had to be turned off to sleep. Nice location but generally seemed run down and poorly maintained, especially for the price. Definitely not accessible for anyone with mobility difficulties.

Overnight stay

Very cute spot. Love the location!!! Access was easy. The cons were that the house needed some cleaning as it had dead bugs and smelled like the house had been locked up for months. Linen smelled of dust. All easy fixes. Would book the larger house if i bring my kids to the area!

Problems with the tiny house

Good location (right next to the Monon Trail, close to the Jazz Kitchen, and just south of Broad Ripple). However, there was rotting garbage lying in the driveway beside the entrance to the "tiny house." The roof of the sleeping bunk was so low on one side that two people could not sleep in the bed (and the pullout couch was not comfortable). The lock code supplied failed to indicate the need to add "#" at the end of the code(though the owners responded quickly to my request for clarification). There was also no face or hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen.

Misleading listing and over priced

This is not a “tiny house” and it does not have three bedrooms as noted in the listing. It is a converted garage attached to a larger house. The “kitchen area” noted in the listing is not in fact a kitchen, and while the pictures of the “kitchen area” in the listing show pots/pans there’s actually no cooktop or oven in the “tiny house.” The inside of the “tiny house” actually looks very little like the photos in the listing. It is not nearly as bright and colorful as the pictures. Additionally, the overhead light in the main living space did not work and we had to buy our own batteries for the tv remote. The space was not clean - there were hairs on the shower wall for example - and absolutely no privacy with just a curtain separating the bathroom from the rest of the space. We also could not find sheets for the sofa bed in the main living space and one of us had to sleep in a sleeping bag. Finally, getting into the sleeping area above the “kitchen area” is treacherous. I am a petite, fit woman and had trouble getting into the platform sleeping area. The space is far too expensive for what you get, by orders of magnitude. It was barely a step up from sleeping in a camper van. We would not recommend.

Weekend with my daughters

This tiny house was perfect for us! It was in a very nice neighborhood and close to everything we needed! Will absolutely stay here again when coming to Indy!

Filthy and uncomfortable.

Dirty linens and dishes. No door on the bathroom. The bed is about 2 ft fro the ceiling and had a huge roach crawling around in it. The curtain in front of the door was completely covered in dog hair and dirt. The whole place was thrown together poorly from an old garage. Contacted VRBO with pictures and videos and they refused to do anything. Worst rental experience I’ve had.
