This home is situated in the middle of a vibrant entertainment neighborhood. There's restaurants, pub's & breweries and lots of little shops. You are minuets to the lake, 1 hour to Silverwood and within 2 hours 5 ski slopes. There's the Centennial trail, the trail of the lakes and the Hiawatha trail for biking( there are a couple of shops that rent bikes in CDA). Being close to the lake there's boating, Kayaking and parasailing. All available from local venders, details will be left in the home as well as menu's for great restaurants!

Great Place

This place was clean, roomy and full of amenities. The owner was available and helpful. If we ever go back we would use this place again.

Wonderful place to stay!

The house is minutes from the lake, close to restaurants, and came stocked with items to get you started when you arrive. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Definitely 5 stars

Perfect home away from home

Our niece's wedding weekend

Perfectly set up for an enjoyable stay!

All the check marks were checked on this VRBO. Had all the accommodations needed. Would stay here again for sure. Even though we could have stayed a couple blocks closer to Sherman/Main street, we then would have missed out on the great shops, thrift stores and restaurants that were north of town. Great location to see it all! The owner was great to work with as well!

Excellent Location and Accommodations

The property was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, quiet. We were in town to visit family and loved having such a great spot within walking distance to everything. I was the one who reserved for our group and was nervous about what my MIL would have to say. I shouldn’t have been because everything was perfect! Andy was helpful and responsive too. Great stay!

Midtown hideaway

this townhouse was exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown (walking distance) and a layout that worked well for us. My wife, daughter and her son were very happy with this property. They also had all the extras in the kitchen we wanted or forgot. Andy is very responsive and if we return, will look for this property again.

Beautifully Well Kept Spot

Looks every bit like the pictures and then some. Lots of different coffee options and a fully functioning kitchen were nice additions. Would recommend.

Awesome property in a great location

We were very impressed with the accuracy of the property to the pictures and description online. It was fairly easy to find aside from a bit of construction out front and ideally located close to downtown for our conference we were attending at the Coeur d’Alene Resort. There were a few minor issues and the host was very quick to respond and went out of his way to assist. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Clean & Ideally located

The house was tucked away in a nice little area. Everything inside was clean & easy to find. Cabinets were labeled, there were lots of kitchen appliances, there were plenty of linens. The only negatives were that the dryer did not dry very well at all & the garage was too small to park our excursion. We really enjoyed our stay & would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Perfect Location

Clean, quiet affordable option for families

We stayed four nights in the condo which was located in a quiet neighborhood. Condo had all the amenities required to host a family of 5. Rooms were specious. Beds were firm (a littler firmer than we like) but linens were new, fresh and ample. Would like to have had an outdoor space to relax after a long day at Silverwood but made due with chairs placed on front driveway.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property in Coeur d’Alene. The property and owner were great

Would certainly recommend this property if you’re visiting Coeur d’Alene. We had a great stay and it was well located. Neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Great location

We stayed with our three teenage kids and did a couple visits to Silverwood. It was a very good townhome and we really enjoyed the location. It’s a short walk to downtown and the waterfront and Safeway is just two blocks away. We took advantage of the nice weather to walk from the townhome to the water a couple times. The Kids enjoyed walking down to the boardwalk and getting slushees and gelato and we also did a boat rental at the marina. Overall a great location for family summer fun.
