Excellent location, nice clean house, very responsive, nice details for getting in, quiet location just outside of the downtown. Very convenient for walking but not crowded the rest of the day.

Great location to enjoy main street St. Charles. House was as described and had pretty much anything you could need. Communication with host was great, will consider staying here again.

What a cozy, clean, comfy house! The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything needed to make our stay welcoming. The location is perfect...2 block walk to Main Street. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We will stay here again if we are back in St. Charles!

Great communication made our stay easy & stress-free. House was as described, and included all the amenities of home - and the fluffiest, softest towels ever! We enjoyed the short walk to Main Street which looks like a scene from a Hallmark movie. Great place to stay for 3 or 4 people.

Great house and even better location!

Great area and very cute home! Kim was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that this location was dog friendly with an enclosed yard. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful getaway

This property was great. Everything was comfy, cute and it was very close to main street. This was an ideal weekend getaway with a friend. I highly recommend the Lion House and would love to stay there again!

This house is perfectly located close to the St. Charles area. Everything you could need is here, from kitchen necessities, bathroom amenities and the decor makes it feel like home! Highly recommend for a girls weekend!

Rich and I have been happily married for nearly 30 years. We have two grown children: McKenzie, a nurse at Vanderbilt, and Cameron, who played lacrosse at Lindenwood University (also known as Lion House) and is now a sales leader at an AI company. Our family loves the great outdoors and cherishes the time we spend together.

We fell in love with St. Charles the moment we visited; it immediately felt like home. When we're not enjoying our time at the Lion House, we are often in Indianapolis. We find ourselves here frequently, and it brings us immense joy to share the Lion House with you!

Built in 1930, this home retains much of its original charm while offering many modern amenities. The Lion House can accommodate up to six guests across two bedrooms (a king bedroom upstairs and a queen bedroom on the main level) and an ultra-comfy sleeper sofa on the main level. With two baths, luxurious accommodations, and superb services, we ensure an unforgettable stay.

In the summer, the backyard is adorned with string lights and features a Wicker/Rattan 6-person seating group with cushions and a table. The garage is stocked with lawn games, including bags and a giant colorful Jenga, as well as a gas grill.
