Our girls' weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday, was fabulous, due in large part to the lovely stay we had, in St. Charles at this VRBO property. Communication was always prompt and friendly with the owner and clearly set out the expectations for our stay. The home was easy to access, parking terrific and the neighborhood, very quiet. We found the home to be nicely decorated with comfort amenities like extra blankets, trash bags, plenty of dishes and towels, and comfortable beds. Best of all, the entire home was absolutely spotless! We felt at home immediately and enjoyed the extras like coffee and a nice coffee maker, very nice refrigerator. We did not use the hot tub, or television, but they both looked very nice. The location of this home was very convenient to Main Street shopping, Oktoberfest, and many restaurants. It was a short drive to each of them. We all had a wonderful time, and would return here in a heartbeat. Thanks, Rachel, for your hospitality and preparedness for our visit!

We stayed two nights with our two daughters/husbands and six grandkids. The house was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen was super nice and plenty of counter space. The two bathrooms were nice, clean and plenty of towels. All other areas were very clean as well. Communication from the host was responsive and the instructions were easy to follow. The neighbors were friendly and plenty of parking was available.

We absolutely loved our stay in St. Charles. This property was perfect for our family with plenty of space and very clean! Great communication and responsiveness from owner. We would definitely book this property again in the future.

Perfect for families

Great place to stay. They had plenty of games and seating for an extended family. Walked the neighborhood a bit very quiet.

Amazing Place!

The interior is super clean, showers all very nice, and beds seemed like they have never been slept in. I highly recommend this place, the kitchen is well suited for cooking anything!

Our party of five had a great stay here! Fantastic communication from owners, extremely clean, close to many touristy attractions like downtown St, Charles and St Louis. Nice, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable beds. Wonderfully easy check in and check out. I would most definitely stay here again!

I really do hate to leave a bad review but I’m so tired of hosts misrepresenting their property by choosing very deceptive photos. I’m not sure how the property has 9.6 stars. There is no way 600 makes sense for 1 night when the AC did not work. The house didn’t smell terrible, but as if no one has inside for a few months. Thermostat remained at 75-77 degrees despite turning the unit to ON (COOL) and setting the temp to 68 for nearly 2 hours. We decided to pack our bags and find a hotel due to no response and no AC. I wouldn’t stay in the house for 600/month let alone 1 night. I will take this review down if I get a refund.

Very comfortable stay in St Charles

We found a lovely renovated home ready for more than the 5 of our party. Convenient for walking into St Charles, or driving downtown or to visit family like we did.

St.Louis Trip

Arrived after dark- did not matter. Place was immaculate, easy check-in and all was well. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and would stay here again.

The house was very clean. Nice, large drive way. Updates to the house were nice. Clear instructions were posted onnthe refrigerator setting check out expectations. Would stay here again.

Christmas Trip

Me and my friend decided to take our teenage boys to St. Charles to visit the little Christmas town since we work on Christmas this house popped up available last minute and it was perfect had enough room for us my husband and 5 teenage boys.

Great place, quiet neighborhood

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and in a nice quiet area. It is close enough to all areas of interest. The bedrooms are large and able to easily fit 8+ individuals. The host was easy to reach and reaponded quickly. The check-in and out process seamless. I would recommend this house highly, and would stay there again without any hesitation.
