We had an amazing time at this place. Jeff was a very kind and communicative host. The space is really well thought out and a lot of fun with attention to detail. It was perfect for our weekend get together with cousins. Lots of communal spaces and also space for privacy. The pool was still open during our stay and we I enjoyed spending time outside. Excellent location with an easy walk downtown. We would definitely stay at Clark Manor again!

Amazing house and location! Even better than the pictures. Impeccably decorated with comfortable beds and lots of space to gather large groups for meals and socializing. Pool was relaxing and such a nice amenity. Jeff was so kind and made sure we were happy our entire stay. St Charles is a hidden treasure with much to do and many fantastic restaurants. You can easily walk from the house to the Main Street - no need for designated drivers or uber. We are already looking forward to our next trip to st charles and will definitely be staying here again!!

The house is amazing! The home was so clean. Perfect location. The pool and outside area is great for relaxing. I can’t say enough good about the house. And the hosts were wonderful to communicate too. I’m definitely going to rent again!

What a beautiful weekend! Jeff was an amazing host and this house was truly remarkable. The pool was perfect for a college friend reunion for Labor Day weekend. The location was so convenient to downtown and we had the best time shopping all weekend. The house itself has a unique footprint but it’s clean and comfortable with plenty of space to hang out. Jeff even sent us cookies over the weekend. 10 out 10!

Our weekend bridal shower/slumber party was amazing at this property. Clean? Check! As described? Check! Smooth Check In? CHECK! Great hosts? Check! Check! Those are the basics and what we always hope for when making a booking, but this property was DIFFERENT! First, the pictures do not do this place justice--it is well appointed down to the very smallest details (think luxury hotel)! The beds were super comfortable. There were other sleeping options (foldouts/roll away) and they all had beautiful linens/extra pillows. The home was big enough for the gigglers and visitors to stay up half the night and the sleepy heads could go to bed undisturbed. The home is stunning in every way. The outdoor space? To. Die. For. The pool, the landscaping, and the vibe was spot on. The hosts tolerated all of my questions with good cheer leading up to the event and made sure we had everything we needed. We were a couple of minute drive and a 5-7 minute walk downtown. The only thing that wasn't over the top (in a good way!) was the price; it was downright reasonable. If you are considering an event, a getaway, or a holiday in St. Charles you better book this place before we do!

STOP LOOKING - BOOK NOW!If you and your family are planning a “Meet Me in St. Louis” Event, take a short jaunt to St.Charles to travel back in time for a luxurious stay at the French-inspired Clark Manor House. The enthusiastic hospitality of our hosts, Danielle and Jeff, was palpable even before our arrival! They thought of everything to make our stay both memorable and comfortable. Clark Manor showcased luxury linens, Egyptian cotton sheets, plush towels, and premium bath amenities. The home was reminiscent of days gone by which thrilled my family as we uncovered surprise touches in every room. There was the interplay of “Light House / Dark House” themes throughout Clark Manor intertwined with the uniquely named and inspired bedroom suites. The “Light House” was bright, airy, and spacious featuring two double beds plus its own kitchenette and vintage fridge the perfect place for an out of the way breakfast or lunch! The Dining Room was inviting and spacious for all wanting to share an upscale dining experience. “Dark House” had a beautiful, luxury bedroom and an 1850’s inspired claw and foot bathtub/shower bathroom retreat. The “piece de resistance” of the “Dark House” was the Speak Easy lounge that created a cozy vibe for our after dinner cocktails. The main kitchen featured a variety of glassware, dishes, and utensils perfect for hosting a grand party. The kitchen’s coffee and tea bar was well-stocked, providing everything anyone would want seeking a hot beverage!
