The property offers a comfortable stay with access to various amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, deck, patio, and a firepit with wood provided. There are two bedrooms available, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed, accommodating 3-4 people.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find a full stove, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, and spices for cooking. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, cream, and sugar for your convenience. If you prefer dining out, Bluegrass Sabor is a local restaurant just a few minutes away in downtown Lawrenceburg or you can also travel to Frankfort for more dining options.

The property is conveniently located a few miles away from the Bluegrass Parkway and I-64, making it easily accessible for travel to nearby areas.

Great place to stay!

This is a fantastic place to stay while in Kentucky. We had a great time attending the Kentucky 3 Day Event. Cute house! Very hospitable, clean and well prepared. The host is excellent and responsive if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended.

A welcoming and beautiful home with great accommodations and a host that had every detail covered. A perfect spot to relax at the end of the day when you're in Lexington for horses or bourbon.

Keenland weekend/bourbon trail

House was in a nice neighborhood and was well equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed, nice deck on the back and cozy firepit in a beautiful backyard.Bedrooms were good size with comfy beds. Updated bathroom. Host very kind and available. We would return in a minute!

Lovely home.

We were very comfortable during our stay. The only feedback I have is that the kitchen/utility room had an overwhelming odor of mold. I was think there is a water leak somewhere. The other feedback is the bathroom needs a grab bar on the wall to hold on to due to the slippery floor. Otherwise, it was very nice.

Bourbon and memories

This house was great. Easy location in Lawrenceburg. We went to Willett, Jim Beam and Bullet for yours and traveling to snd from was simple. The house is great, perfectly furnished and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Birthday trip

The property was in a great location for our purpose of the trip. The only thing that we thought could have been better, was to have curtains or blinds on the windows by the tv. They wouldn't cut down on glare and not allow neighbors to see inside the house. The shower head was low even for an average height person. Over all the place was great! We would definitely recommend it to others and come back ourselves

Excellent Three-night Stay

Great rental in an exceptionally comfortable home located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The house was beautifully furnished, with a spacious living room, fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms with quality bedding and linens and a deck overlooking a large back yard, complete with fire pit (we didn’t use but it was a great touch!) Lisa had everything covered, from a fresh container of half & half, an excellent selection of Keurig coffee pods, several bottles of water, and towels and accessories that were more than adequate. Communication was good and the written house rules and instructions covered everything we needed to know. Lawrenceburg is small town right at the center of the famous Kentucky Bourbon trail, 45 minutes from Louisville and about 30 from Lexington. We really enjoyed this pleasant part of the state and the comfort of the home. Thank you, Lisa!

A great rental

The house was beautifully furnished, and nicely appointed. Our only complaint was that we thought there would be a sleeper sofa. There was not. One could sleep on a sofa, but it was not a pull out bed. We loved the Keurig coffee! All in all, a great rental.

Friends Kentucky Weekend

The house was Awesome! Very nicely put together, updated and very comfortable. We all really enjoyed our stay. It was a really nice place to go and relax after spending the day on the bourbon trail. The host was awesome! She literally thought of everything.

Distillery Stay

Bourbon trail quick trip

Bourbon trail vacation

This is a perfect place for anyone wanting to visit the bourbon trail. It is very close to many of the distilleries. It is a very nice home, kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the large deck and fire pit area.

Home away from home

Lisa's home was a perfect stay. It is located in the heart of the bourbon trail. Very clean and ready for our family of 3 adults to call home for 9 days. Cozy office desk area allowed me to work a few days as if I was back home in my own office. Thanks Lisa for sharing your lovely home with us. The Tullos Family :)
