As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Must climb stairs: Please note that the loft is accessible via very steep stairs with no doorways. Exercise caution when using them. There is one flight of stairs leading to the porch and front door, followed by another steep flight of stairs to reach the loft.

Guests have full access to the cottage, private backyard, and loft.

- This property is suitable for children/infants. Note: Please be aware that the loft has very steep stairs and no doorways. Children must be supervised at all times and should never be left alone in the upstairs loft. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night + taxes/airbnb fees. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard is not fully enclosed/fenced. There is no protective barrier, as this area is a wildlife refuge.
