This is a perfect spot for a stay, with everything you need in easy walking distance. Walk to restaurants, shops, and the Visitors Center and the museum. Host was great to work with, everything was as described, and the property had everyone one could need!

This was our second stay at the Adams house. We love how cozy the house is! The fireplace and hot tub are an added plus! We love how downtown strip is walking distance! We will definitely be back for a 3rd visit!

Had an excellent stay

Adams Travis was so comfortable and so well located. At arrival we were even greeted by local wild deer. From the comfortable king sized bed and living room to the roomy bathroom the place was a great find. Unfortunately, we didn't take advantage of the kitchen, but we did dine well downtown. I would certainly recommend this unit for a stay in Fredericksburg. Great memories!

The house, the location, the weather...all just perfect! We enjoyed the town and an evening in with dinner on the back porch and a dip in the hot tub.

Historic and charming

This home is historic. You feel like you are in the 1800s. We loved it. Comfortable, cozy with everything we needed. 2 blocks from the square. Just perfect. Highly recommend.

Great spot, close to Main Street

This older home was nice and cozy. It was close to Main Street, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only negatives were the strong ash smell from fireplace and some of the dishes were dirty, and had to be washed before we used them.

This historic cottage is perfectly situated within walking distance of Main St, offering easy access to restaurants, shopping, and tons of activities. The cottage is adorable and cozy and offers a unique and welcoming home away from home. We can’t wait to go back!

Fredricksburg Getaway

Property was excellent for a couple wanting to get away. Cozy and everything we needed. The only downfall was that we had to buy a 89.00 subscription to watch regular or live TV.

Amazing Property

Beautiful historic single home. One of the best VRBOs we have ever rented - authentic Fredericksburg! Short walk to Main Street with wonderful shops, tasting rooms and restaurants. A must if you visit.

Relaxing getaway

Wow. We loved the house and the location. We stay at a lot of VRBO places and most are lacking enough towels, throw blankets for the sofa, etc… not this place. It was perfect.

Great Location while in Fredericksburg

It was a very unique property and the location was great. We found that the kitchen wasn’t well appointed for much cooking. The hot tub cover is in need of replacement. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
